There was a hostage situation in the Florence Bank. My partner and I did a 360 of the bank to see if anyone was in the alleyway or anything, then my partner accidentally stuck his body through the wall, and he was killed. Neither of us knew this was possible, and we called for backup in the alleyway. Roughly 3-5 EMTs and a few other cops came down. Once my partner got healed by the EMTs, we went through the main doors of the bank, did the RP, and were later killed (properly). Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) Ban reason: "GL" not a clue in the world what that means. My partner and I (Chrisssy2243) should be unbanned, as we believe the ban was not just. Numerous times, we tried explaining to the administrator who TP'd us that the kill logs prove my partner was killed through a wall, as the person who perpetrated the murder was INSIDE the bank vault, holding someone hostage. These pleas went on deaf ears as the mod said something along the lines of "only being able to act on sent evidence", or something along those lines, when the kill logs quite literally prove our point. I also told the mod that it'd only be fair if they, too, received a punishment (as the kill logs prove their wrongdoing also), but again, no punishment has been seen for them. Also, from our perspective, when my partner, Chrisssy2243, was killed, we COULD NOT see any body parts of the suspect who killed him, nor a partial name/username, so however we were accused of this, we believe it to be false. If it helps, we apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding, but a permanent ban on two accounts with zero past run-ins with mods seems a bit of a stretch. A warning, or even a temporary ban, could've been more understanding, but the staff member who dealt with us wasn't the most communicative. I hope this ticket is received with the best intentions from us, and is received in the nicest of ways possible, but please do try to understand our frustration and confusion.
