My friend and I were patrolling as sheriffs when there was a bank robbery call. We attached and responded Code 3. When we arrived on scene, most officers entered through the front doors, whereas we cleared the rear alley in case any suspects attempted to escape. My partner had his body against the bank wall to maximize cover, and when we got near the bend, we heard shots, and he died out of nowhere. I initially thought they were from behind us since we hadn't made the turn yet, so when I cleared the rest of the alley, we realized that he had been shot through the wall. When I called in via the radio for an officer down, 3-4 EMTs and two additional PDs came through the alley. When the PD realized there were no shooters in the alley, they backed out and went inside. When my partner finished being resuscitated by the EMTs, we came out of the alley and went inside, where the RP would play out, and we'd both eventually die. After we respawned, got our equipment ready, and patrolled around Milano. A Moderator teleported to us, started asking us questions such as "Why did you shoot through the wall?" We were initially confused because we got shot through the wall, not the other way around. We tried getting a clip for the moderator, but the bank scene happened so long ago that we couldn't get it in the recent clip. We tried to tell the moderator to check the kill-logs, where it'd show my friend being killed by one of the suspects who were inside the bank, while we were outside, but the Moderator never responded to those claims. We were repeatedly asked why we shot through a wall, and we repeated back that we didn't, and that other officers came into the alley after I called in the officer down, and that maybe one of them did it, but we were not the ones who shot through the wall. Again, there wasn't much clear communication between us and the moderator, and when we tried DMing the Moderator the kill-logs, we outright got ignored and didn't get a response. After more unproductive back-and-forth talk, we got permanently banned. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) "GL" Why Should You Be Unbanned? I believe that both my friend and I (Who will send a later ban appeal) should be unbanned, as we never killed anyone through a wall, let alone glitched through it, BUT the person who killed my partner did. We constantly told this to the moderator, and we were just simply ignored. I never had any run-ins with staff in the past, and I'm always following both RP rules and in-game rules, and I would love to be unbanned so I can continue to roleplay in this amazing game. I apologize if I've caused any issues that stemmed from this incident, and I really hope that I can continue to play.
