    Hi guys, my username is bebxp. I was riding with this new friend I had made, we ended up getting into a chase. We crashed, I got out, instantly said "help!" etc, never fired a weapon. Let the video(s) show the rest. After repeatedly asking for a supervisor, he charged me with 1x murder 1x evading, (never even fired a weapon), and told me to "enjoy". If this isn't blatant ignorance and abuse of perms then I really don't know of a better visual explanation.
