On 09/21/2025 (I believe), in the late hours of the day (CST Time), I, and two others identified as l3ayharbourbutcher and 50 ACTION_EXPRESS were playing the civilian team in Project Ventura. I had met both of them that night, and both of them had sent me connection requests on ROBLOX since both of them had assisted me in a unlawful arrest by contacting VBI and providing video proof of a unlawful detainment. Due to them being helpful in my release, I accepted their friend requests, and we proceeded to do what civilians do. We organized a hostage situation to ambush officers, etc. Throughout my time with I3ayharbourbutcher, I never noticed any signs of exploit - all firearms were obtained without exploits, he asked for us to provide him rides (when he was unable to drive) to and from the ATM to obtain cash, etc. At some point within the future, I3ayharbourbutcher had been taken into custody by the Hayward County Sheriff's Department. All three of us were in a voice call in discord, where I noticed he was being arrested, he stated "The deputy is in the car, come swing by and let me out." Due to him being helpful with my arrest in the past, I agreed to help him escape custody. I released him from the back seat of the patrol car, then stated to him "Your on your own bro I can't do anything else from there". I continued running towards the side of the store in the parking lot before noticed I was not being pursued by any law enforcement personnel. Shortly after, I walked into the gun store, where he was on the team of "Firearm Associate", as he was able to purchase firearms on behalf of civilians that order them as the game intended. He had provided me with a Glock 17 that I paid for, and all of us agreed to get into a shootout with the police. As we ran around being shot at in the gun store, he (l3ayharbourbutcher) opened doors to let us in the back. We ended up in the gun store storage locker where the safe and new orders were secured at and barricaded ourselves in there. l3ayharbourbutcher had stated that he knew a glitch / bug in the game that allowed him to somehow teleport through the door to the other side while the door remained locked. He did not specify that he was exploiting in order to get through the door. We continued a shootout with the police outside, as he would occasionally open the door, all of us would open fire before the door closed and was locked again to give us time to reload. One by one, all of us got killed. We regrouped, drove around some more before ending up back at Strikepoint where l3ayharbourbutcher was in a shootout with law enforcement. I ran to a corner, and proceeded to run towards law enforcement showing no sign of harm towards them, seeking protection from the shooting so that I would not be killed in the crossfire and lose my firearm. I was then joined by 50 ACTION_EXPRESS behind the police. From that point, we observed the shootout from the police's point of view. At no point did I further observe any signs of exploits, as I was focused on all of the police surrounding my general area, ensuring I was in a open spot as to not be shot on sight. I did observe that multiple officers were dying, and I was never able to get a proper visual on l3ayharbourbutcher, due to all the shooting that was taking place. As time progressed, and less officers were dying, I observed l3ayharbourbutcher approach a "cover location" behind one of the cars, before killing a police officer and deputy sheriff. At that point then I observed him flying away towards the roof of Strikepoint. When I observed him fly away, I stated in the voice channel "It's late, I'm hopping off." I proceeded to leave the game immediately after. I had not given it a second thought after I left the game, as I was not exploiting, nor did I have any knowledge prior to the very last second of my gameplay that he was exploiting. I believe I should be unbanned as I had absolutely no idea that he was exploiting. As I previously had been apart of multiple community leadership positions, and moderation, I do not condone the act of exploiting in any way shape or form. That's why the second I seen him exploiting by visually confirming it for myself, I left and was never associated with him from that point moving forward. I've learned to simply not be affiliated with other people, as their genuine intentions may never come to light, and I can simply get caught in the crossfire of events to what is happening. Below is the initial report that has me listed as a conspirator of the exploiting process committed by l3ayharbourbutcher. After reviewing this report after receiving my ban notice, I understand how it may be observed that I was conspiring to aid in the exploitation process, and how the decision to pursue permeant bans was deemed the correct decision. However, in that report, it does state the following: "No evidence is clear for the two additional individual's actions in-game." This would be due to the fact that both of us were running around, oblivious to the fact that he was exploiting. As mentioned above, I did assist l3ayharbourbutcher in escaping custody from the Hawyard County Sheriff's Department. Tags: #roblox, #updateprojectventura In this clip, of which was the only clip of me being directly involved with the exploiter, it can be visibly shown that my character, a black male with a grey shirt, and blue jeans with a backwards cap, can be seen letting him out of a patrol vehicle, as permitted by game mechanics. I would ask to pay rather close attention to my character's head, as it can be seen facing forward. At that time, my camera was facing to the corner of the store, with the sole focus on getting around the corner, and escaping any law enforcement that may be pursuing me at the time. Hence why I was unable to observe him flying away and notice the exploits. As I stated above, I intended to stay relatively in the open area and observe what law enforcement was saying to one another in order to get a better understanding of the situation so I knew when to leave the scene in the events I would be connected with the escape from custody previously. I do not have any clips to assist me in my appeal process to prove otherwise that I was not complicate in his exploits at the time of me writing this appeal. However there was only one event where I observed him approach a small group of police officers, murdering them before flying away. At the time I was running in the opposite direction of the shooting, however had my camera turned towards him and the slaughter. That was the only point where I noticed in plain observation that he was exploiting. From that point I immediately left the game, and have not been in contact with that individual since. I will admit fault on my own accord, I should have noticed that he was exploiting during the shootout in Strikepoint where we had barricaded ourselves. Nobody had submitted on the discord that there was a door glitch to deadlock the safe/storage room. Yet I seen him blatantly walking through it with minimal difficulty. That should've been my clue that he was an exploiter, and to immediately stop all affiliations. However, I was caught up in the enjoyment of the moment to connect two and two together, and for that I do blame myself. I did have knowledge of his exploiting right before I left, and I will admit I should have reported it, however I was tired from the nights adventures, and opted to go to sleep instead. Exploiting during the time that we were playing together had never crossed my mind as I was under the assumption that there were no "scripts" or whatever it is to exploit on Ventura, due to it being a relatively new game. Out of everything I've learned through the course of witnessing the exploiter, being banned, and filing this appeal, is that I should continue to remain skeptical of the unknown player base, and accounts that are brand new / non-seasoned with over 30+ days registered on ROBLOX. I'd like to request for this ban to be appealed not only due to my unknowing of his exploit adventure, but as well that I have a deep respect for Ventura, the devs that create and maintain it, and the amount of work that goes to ensure quality roleplay for it's community membership. It is a game that takes a significant amount of my free-time to play, because of my passion for the quality of roleplay. Under no circumstances do I condone the act of exploiting, or any other way to compromise the quality of roleplay that Ventura has to offer. I believe that the right move was made with the report, and the ban of all 3 accounts associated / affiliated based on the clips was justified, however this is my side of the story that was not previously provided when the ban was introduced, and I believe that proper and impartial consideration should be taken into effect when considering the ban of those not directly responsible for the exploiting. I cannot speak on behalf of the other person involved in conspiring to exploit, as to my knowledge he had no reason to assume as such, but I could be wrong, as I'm not him. This is strictly from my point of view, to the appeal of the moderation decision that has fallen upon me. I hope due consideration is taken and appreciate the time reserved to review this appeal.

Incident Description*: I was called by a FCPD unit while I was active as a VHP supervisor (Sergeant) in regards to a VBI investigating a subordinate VHP officer. Upon my arrival, I witnessed a VBI agent speaking to a VHP officer, of which I approached and asked what the situation was in relation to. The VBI Officer (geo54f) stated that the officer had illegally searched a driver on a traffic stop. When I gathered the facts from the officer, I noticed that he had reasonable suspicion but not probable cause, which constituted a frisk as per case law Terry v. Ohio. Before I was able to conclude my investigation, the VBI agent stated that she was done with her investigation, and that she was going to leave. I was under the impression she was not familiar with Terry V. Ohio so I implored her to remain on the scene as to pass education to another person regardless of who it was. I advised the VHP officer that I had been concluded with the departmental investigation (As requested by VBI), stating that the frisk was protected under Terry V. Ohio and that the officer was not in wrongdoing. I advised him as well that the VBI officer may pursue criminal charges if she so pleases, of which I asked if she wanted to file charges, Yes or no. She refused to answer stating "Get in your car, Sergeant." I told her I don't answer to her and she has no authority over me. She then handcuffed me, stating I was being placed under arrest for "Obstruction of a FEDERAL investigation." When I told her she was a state agent, she did not receive that well. Shortly after, she was stopped by FCPD officers under the Interstate 105 bridge for a "Hit and Run". The agent then stated that they were "Obstructing her investigation" and placed a FCPD officer in handcuffs. Due to the blatant abuse of authority, a FCPD officer killed her in an attempt to prevent the arrests from following through. She returned shortly after, and we were remaining on the site for a moderator to address the issue. Once she arrived, she attempted to kill the FCPD officer in retaliation for her death, blatantly breaking NLR, and committing RDM at the same time as shown in the clips. She then proceeded to commit further FRP by grabbing me from the top of a VHP patrol car while she was on the ground (I was near the back roof of the car, she was standing on the ground infront, reaching basically a whole car length of an SUV). She then proceeded to say "I'll go for him later" and transported me to central booking for an unknown charge that she refused to state to me. *AFTER RELEASE OF ARREST* Her charges reported were as follows: VCL.197: Repeated Resisting Arrest (Non-Violent) VCL.147: Obstruction of a Government Worker (She cleared herself from the investigation, turning it over to me before I could even start mine, and stayed on the scene voluntarily.)
