I have been playing it for over a year and I'm active everyday it's just more enjoyable for me Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?First things first I would like to help out people, I know the feeling on how it feels to just get something done to you against the rules it can make one's whole mood go down and piss you off. I really like Perris more than any other cop rp game on Roblox because the community is great and if I'm being honest, we have the truest staffs ever. I also want to participate in that and put rule breakers in their place and warn them. I decided to apply today, and I would have always liked being a staff member, a lot of rules get broken while staff are away especially at night and early in the morning. But since I am active around those times, I can help people out and catch the ones who break rules. If I am being honest, I have a lot of experience with Perris, I have been playing this game for at least 2 years and I know a lot of the rules just on the top of my head, but these thing's doesn't mean I have that much experience. That's where all my playtime comes in through all the things that happened, I have learned a lot including how certain people in game act, the type of players, different types of servers for example a server with rules always being broken, how to communicate and comply, and all the stuff I learned from the past. Now about my history it just depends how you want to put it I would say I am good with the community, and I am known now when it comes to Mountain Interactive itself it isn't bad I have done some things in the past, but I have learned my lesson, and I am always more careful. This is also something that I can add to my experience since I have learned a lot from the past. My reputation with Mountain Interactive right now is not bad I am chill with the staffs and know a few I also try to be very careful on not breaking any rules, when it comes to the players, I most definitely know a lot. Names- umbaxr85 note- He is an awesome moderator and a fast replier he has helped me with many things and many questions I asked him. He also gave me more motivation to do this application. hwnwex note- He is very chill if I am being honest, he helped a ton I managed to get a lot of people banned because of him and he was the most active. _calebr note- He is the chilliest moderator ever he was very kind and helpful and I will admit I did do rdm but he was not harsh on me. He also helped me in game, and we just had a chill talk I really like him, but I haven't talk to him in some time he isn't on often or maybe I just miss it. devvy.au note- He is a pretty normal mod I was yelling at him since he wouldn't get on when I asked him while someone was doing rdm on me like 5 times I think devvy is just mostly active in the day than night but he chill. When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?My time zone is MST, and I am available everyday Hint- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday I am available usually only on the evening How Would You Handle Rule breaking?Let me start off by how I would handle the situation on a rule being broken. I would call the person who reported first to have a private conversation with him/her and ask for evidence including a clip and details. After reviewing his/her side I would call the offender and ask about his/her side. It is always best to hear both sides and see if they really meant it, did not know, or an accident. After reviewing both sides if not guilty I would let them both go but if they are this is how it would go. For first offenders it would really depend on what they did if it is something light like Rdm x 1 or Frp x 1 and if they meant it, I would give them a kick. But if they really meant it and they do not feel any sort of regret or apologize or have the least bit of sympathy it would be a 1–2-day ban. If the first offender did not know or was an accident, I would give them a warning or a kick depending on the way they act how many people were involved, and how bad the situation was. Now for repeat offenders I would not go too harsh on them I would like to show everyone kindness. If they were to break the rules I would hear both sides and ask for evidence. If the repeat offender did do it, I would decide on their history. For example, if they just got unbanned the same day or the day before and they also have a ban that happened in the past week I would apply a 1-week ban. But it all really depends on how many people were involved and the offense. If it was 2 or more people, the player committed an offense too and they had a really bad past and they don't show any signs of change I will have to most likely apply a permanent ban. I never want to be too hash since it really does suck getting banned on Perris because it is a fun game. But if they are going to affect the community and the players experience, I will have to go somewhat harsh on them. Anything Else We Should Know?I have gained a lot of experience through this game not only how to control a community and keep it a well place and welcoming for others, but I also learned many great things that is a must know in rp. I have been a donator to Mountain Interactive and intend on getting a membership. Now when it comes to skills, I am good at problem solving and understanding one's problems. I really enjoy being in this community and how good it is compared to other games and now I would like to become a part of staff and start helping others out and teach from my mistakes. Let's start from the biggening, I was new to platinum, and I decided to join USMS with my friend. There was this suspect on the chase for quite a while and we were chasing her, and she disappeared. Then she started giving out hints we went to the places, and she was not there. As soon as I was heading back to base on comms people were saying they spotted her, and I saw her near casers pizza. So, I rushed over there, and me and my friend stepped out. I see her through the counter and tell her to stop or get on the ground. Then I see her pull out something I really didn't know what it was, but her arms moved all weird like pulling a gun. It was a tense situation and fast. It was a 50/50 chance on her pulling a gun, so I took one shot to her body to not kill her. But she died. Turns out it was a phone, but I really did not know, and I did not mean to kill her it was somewhat of an accident my finger just clicked the mouse without me concentrating. It just all happened so fast. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) RDM x1 Length- PERMANENT Why Should You Be Unbanned? I know I have a bad past I have couple RDMs committed. I can't remember all but most were things I really did not know at the time that were RDM. The reason I ask to be unbanned from you guys is because this type of situation I was in was very fast and tense. I really did not mean to do on what I did, and I was aware I may have possibly committed RDM. I was not sure if she had a gun or not but still it really isn't the best idea to pull out something while being wanted and being on a whole chase and there are cops behind you who can't see what you're holding. I really want to be unbanned I did not mean it and I'm trying to enjoy the game. I just got plat today and I want to have fun with my new membership. I am also a very helpful person in the community by teaching people rules and teaching them my mistakes. There are still rules that I may not know but I will look deeper into it.
