Ok so I was originally jailed for two hours for LT AA approximately an hour 50 minutes before these events occurred landing me to a 24 hour ban but to start out with I joined a server and there were people in jail with me like everyone else that’s in jail to keep ourselves away from boredom. We started fist fighting as we were fist fighting three sheriffs came in approximately 30 minutes after we started fighting originally they tased us cuffed us and put us in themselves for about 10 to 20 minutes and after they didn’t take it out of the cell and uncuffed me, I decided to leave it just so happens whenever I join back the server in which I was in was the same server is before with all three sheriffs sitting around to keep myself in other people from boredom also we decide to fight the sheriffs to keep our self away from boredom as in jail. There’s hardly nothing to do to not be bored as we are fighting the sheriffs. Of course they tase us in a cuff us and put us in the sales we were in sales they do not uncuffed us or anything. We sit there in the sales cuffed for about another 5 to 10 minutes so once again, I decide to leave because it’s not fun to turn around and get put in a cell and not be able to do anything continuously for times upwards of 10 minutes and then every time I would rejoin it would be that same exact server but every time I rejoin after like the third time of me leaving while I was in my cell, they were just cuff rushing me right as I spawn in before I even get past the full loading menu they would cuff me and put me in myself so I just got tired of it and every time they would cuff me I would just leave because I’m already in jail so it’s not considered LTAA because I’m already arrested and RP is not fun if it’s just repetitive RP and they just continuously put us back in our cells every single time Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) Violation(s) : LTAA, FRP. Why Should You Be Unbanned? I genuinely think it was stupid that I was banned for LTAA whenever I was already arrested and in prison so I don’t get how it’s LTAA if I leave well I’m already in prison as you can’t add charges and all they were going to do is continue to put me in my cell, which is no RP involved. It’s just them continuously, coughing, and putting people in their cell, which is zero fun. I think it was just completely stupid and a completely wrong move from the staff member who banned me as he said that it was no intent to RP but then he banned me for LTAA, LTAA and no intent to RPR completely different rules I personally don’t think I should’ve been banned. I believe it should’ve been a warning at most because it was a wrongdoing on both parties. They had no intent to RP out any scenes they would just tease you curse you put you in the cell and then yes also me on my part. I had no intent to RP because I would leave whenever they would cover me because they just started cuffing me every time I would join and it gets boring being in there for an hour 30+ or an hour plus or 30 minutes plus even and just sitting in the cell cuffed or yeah, being able to roll around the block, but you’re still cuffed that’s not fun being cuffed and not being able to do Anything I believe that both parties in the scenario were in the wrongdoing and that the staff member was completely wrong in the scenario as both parties were in the wrongdoing and it should’ve been a talking to/warning not a ban for LTAA Your ban appeal should be honest and from you. Do not copy other people's appeals and use AI to re-write it.
