Detailed Description of Events* I had been driving around in game on Project Ventura when muttsun9 on the Ventura Highway Patrol team pulled up beside me blasting his sirens on manual until I pulled over. After initiating a traffic stop, no contact was made to me. Giving me the prompt to give him my ID. After giving him my ID he pulled me out of the car, detained me. I asked him why he was detaining me and said "You insulted me" and did not elaborate further. After that remark I was loaded into the back of his VHP cruiser and taken to the port by which I had asked a friend (which will be provided in witnesses and clips) to follow us to see what he was going to do. After reaching the port he asked me "Do I have a son" to which I responded with "I have clipping software" and nothing else was said. We had stopped by a bridge (seen in clip) as he pulled me out, Which my friend had also stepped out of his vehicle to see what was going on. The belligerent then tazed my friend (which was on the FCPD team) and proceeded to execute him, then executing me Witnesses (if any): One officer of the FCPD (Faith_kaoz) as seen in clip 8.
