For Project Ventura: At this time inserts are not fully supported in Ventura (as far as I am aware) For Perris: In order to insert cars in Perris, you are required to own a bronze subscription (or higher level) and you will be required to click on the blue circle icon at the bottom left of the screen and it will provide a list of inserts that you have bought and have access to.   5. Hello, Currently, you aren't required to "obtain" a license. Upon joining the game for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your character name and age/date of birth. You will automatically be granted a license that LEO can request from you. However, if you've previously played other projects released by Mountain Interactive, it'll carry that character data over to the new game(s). In order to obtain insurance, please locate the Better Call Gerald store located by Target. Regards,
  6. Hello, Based on the information you have provided, from what I can see you have been arrested. You must wait out your sentence in-game until your local time hits the timestamp on the notification. That timestamp refers to the time in real life and not in-game. However, if you believe you were falsely incarcerated, please use !help and select the "Unknown User" option (the option at the top of the user list) and then type the reason you're requesting staff, in your case, that reason would be that you've been falsely arrested.
