I just want to make it clear that I don’t own or use that account. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message): Bypassing moderation / alt account connection (system detection) Why Should You Be Unbanned? I’ve cleared up the confusion and found the account that caused the issue. It wasn’t me trying to bypass anything; it was just my friend using the same connection. I was automatically banned by the system for what appears to be “bypassing moderation” or “using another account.” I want to make it clear that I did not use any alternate account to avoid moderation or intentionally break any rules. My friend came over to my house, sat on my porch, and played Ventura on his laptop while connected to my home Wi-Fi. I believe that whatever he did on his own Roblox account caused the system to flag my Wi-Fi or IP address, resulting in my account being banned by association. I was told by staff in general chat that this was a Roblox ban, but after contacting Roblox Support, they confirmed that it was not a Roblox-issued ban and that the action came from the game’s end. I have screenshots of my conversation with Roblox Support confirming this, which I can link if needed. I’ve always respected the community, its staff, and the rules. I’ve shown dedicated activity and even paid $120 for in-game benefits for a month something I fully intended to continue because I genuinely enjoy Ventura and what it offers. I wouldn’t risk that investment or my reputation by doing anything to get myself banned on purpose. This situation seems to have been caused by my friend’s account connecting to the same network I use. I take full responsibility for my connection and will make sure no one else logs in from my Wi-Fi again. I’m asking for a fair review of this situation and a chance to return. I was on duty when I submitted a report on lisiu59 for using lethal force on me even though I showed no immediate threat and was unarmed. Shortly after, I was banned for “Fail Roleplay and PD.” From what I understand, “PD” means Player Disrespect. I never disrespected anyone during that situation, nor did I break any RP-related rules. It seems there was a mistake the only “evidence” attached to my ban was the forum report I made against lisiu59, which I personally submitted through the proper forums. It appears that my report was misunderstood or misused as reasoning for my ban instead of being reviewed as evidence against the offender. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message): Fail Roleplay and PD Why Should You Be Unbanned? I believe this ban was issued in error. I’ve always followed server rules and maintained professionalism during my time in game. I was simply trying to report a valid issue and follow the proper procedures. I was trying to approach the person and as you can see in the recording the person was clearly running from me giving me no time to type so I continued going in the direction of the person backing/running away from me. I pulled my taser to see if he would stop for a moment and chat about the active warrant but he pulled a gun on me so I deployed my taser. I drew my firearm and accidentally crouched down and I gave commands for him to drop the weapon. He pretty much doesnt listen even know he's already tased and is clearly showing no Fear of Law Enforcement or Life. There was a shootout and I ended up dying. I don't really see how I failed to roleplay because the only thing he did was run away from me so there was no chance for me to give context or attempt a normal interaction with the person due to instantly running away. Given the fact he instantly ran away just shows that he knew he had a warrant. I was wondering if someone could take this into consideration of the fact that I had no chance of talking, I deployed my taser and gave commands for him to drop the weapon. He clearly showed signs of non-compliance and gave into the roleplay by running and killing me even though he stated "this is spawn" If that we're the case then why would he run away from me in-game and I already saw him enter spawn so he's not protected by that rule unless I'm wrong.

I'm a Captain with HCSO in Ventura. I'm sitting here patrolling doing my usual thing and these two males approach my vehicle and start making it move on purpose. I didn't really care to take action in roleplay until he decided to punch window of my patrol vehicle. I exited my vehicle as he begins to run and draw my taser. I told him to stop and he did so I placed him under arrest for the obvious reason of hitting my window. Now this SBI Agent comes up to me. Completely obstructs my arrest and ends up arresting me. He failed to properly investigate. He said he witnessed it all but if he did he would've seen my suspect hitting my window. He's overall abusing his authority and power abusing. proof.mp4
