What happened was, I stopped at a traffic light, I saw a Black SUV that ran a red light, so I pursued it, and after I tried making a traffic stop, the Black SUV fled, after many times of trying to communicate with the driver, I finally performed a pit maneuver to intercept the vehicle. I got out of my vehicle, and drew my handgun. under the California Penal Code Section 196 (Justifiable Homicide) and the California Peace Officers' Bill of Rights (POBR) factors, which allow for the use of deadly force when a threat of death or serious injury is imminent, or to prevent a dangerous escape. It was necessary, after repeatedly telling the person inside the vehicle to step outside his vehicle, 2 Law Enforcement Officers who was SwoleBoye (The one who reported me) and the other Law Enforcement Officer that I didn't know who, went and intercepted my Fleeing and Eluding or Evading Arrest, telling me that the person inside was a USMS or a United States Marshals Service. I did not know that the person inside was a US Marshal since he did not have the necessary uniform or identification on him such as a Badge or a Belt, the US Marshal then told me that he was "Undercover" while he was open-carrying a handgun from his waist, did I mention that he was also NOT cooperating for a traffic stop. SwoleBoye then told me that I was doing "Too much" but I believe I was doing what was necessary. Then SwoleBoye cuffed me for no apparent reason, after telling SwoleBoye repeatedly to take off the cuffs he said "Do you want to take this to staff?" and I said yes because I knew I was in the right and I wanted to take this to in-game staff or moderators, but no one was responding, and then when he said "So I tell ArcticAnthem (referring to me) to report him on the forums. He does not listen and continues to harass surrounding units." I actually just wanted their Discord Usernames so that I can include them in the forum, but they do not give me usernames except for SwoleBoye, the US Marshal left the game and so did the other Law Enforcement Officer, I admit my wrong doings of shooting SwoleBoye but I was frustrated at that time because the 3 of them pressed me altogether and I was helpless. Regarding of the "N-Word" I sincerely apologize for my behavior, I know racism should NOT be tolerated, and I apologize for that, if I may get another chance, I would not do it again, I've acknowledged my mistakes. I admit that I am in the wrong, but SwoleBoye didn't tell my part of the story, since they arrived late during the arrest, and I was basically helpless. When you say "gawin ko nga ito" It means you are emphasizing that you'll do this particular thing among other alternatives (I am a Filipino) The other Law Enforcement Officer also called me a "Sissy boy", "Weirdo". User is guylol478 I wanted to report him in-game but there were no in-game moderators in Perris. So what happened was, there seemed to be a commotion by the S&K Store, as a Sheriff, of course I had to figure out what was happening, I hopped out of my vehicle, asked "What's the situation here?" and I just got randomly shot at by one of the people that was there, and that was guylol478, he did NOT say anything. I also got video footage of the incident too.
