At approximately 00:15 CST, I was crashed into the back by a unknown orange vintage sedan, initially i contemplated initiating the traffic stop, but ultimately decided to do so for reasons stated to be known, Excessive Speeding, Felony Hit and Run, Minor vehicle collision caused by negligence. Upon initiating the stop they jumped out of their vehicle and ran to the trunk, I at this point reasonably feared for my life as i did not know if they were possibly grabbing a firearm, I grabbed them from the vehicle and cuffed them. Apparently i had made contact with them prior because they said "I died btw" which is probably referring to the shooting at strike point that took place earlier, in that case i don't remember seeing them but is entirely possible they were there, either way that was not the reason for the stop. Immediately upon being cuffed they proceeded to state things such as and I quote "No I didn't" (in reference to hitting the back of my patrol vehicle) "i'm clipping" "desync is a thying btw" "your not arresting me" "your xzp hungry" and I'll just re myself then if you're going to be corrupt" (in which case if broke any rules why did they not decide to take moderative action against me at the moment instead of just re-ing away) I of course said they could not just re because at the time i was unaware they were even a mod as their behavior was very unbecoming of one, upon attempting to look at the plate to search it up to get their name, they attacked my ego for some reason? Then they reset in my car, I then searched them up on the cad and saw it was indeed the moderator in question chronxxe. I full heartedly believe that their behavior was unfitting for the situation, and it could have been handled differently, as even if it was de-sync that caused the crash they still were speeding.
