So i was being chased by the cops and i finally pulled over but when i got out i tried to shot the cops so i wouldn't go to jail but then i ended up getting downed. Once i got downed i attempted to swap teams because i wasent able to respawn and they were about to stabilize me. After this happened about 15- 30 minutes later i was tpd in to a jail by a mod and the cop was still there dancing and talking about clock it. When i asked the mod what i did he said i basically Ltaa and i said oh i didn't know that swapping teams was basically Ltaa and then he proceeded to say yea well its a perm ban. I had said but when people Ltaa they only get jail for a hour, then the next time they 2 it its 2 hours then a 2 day ban not perm ban, and then he proceeded to perm ban me Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) Why Should You Be Unbanned? I feel like i should be unbanned because i didn't know that swapping teams while downed was Ltaa for one and it says this is my 4th banned but ive only been banned another time for Ltaa once but its because the mod said he was going to delete my car and i didn't want it to go away and the other time was for gta driving. Another reason is because when people Ltaa in the game they dont get a perm ban the worst punishment ive seen was a 2 day ban. I honestly didn't know and i feel like i should deserve another chance and the only reason why i did it was because my respawn button was grey.

I got banned for sawpping teams when downed but i didint even know that that was bannable and I've been banned 2 other times once for gta driving while fleeing from the cops and i dont remember the other time but not 4. I dont understand why i was perm banned because he said swapping teams while downed is basically like Ltaa but whenever people Ltaa they only get jail for one hour for the first time the the next 2 hours and then u get a 2 day ban not a perm ban.
