During my investigation I ordered the driver to park which he did not do. So I initiated a pursuit with him and lost him very quickly. After looking for him for awhile he was found and ripped out of his car, He was then placed into custody where he swore up and down that he died. No officer claimed to bear witness to his death so I didn't take his word for it. During this I attempted to transport him where he quickly LTAA, I found him multiple times after and the cycle repeated itself. I estimate he LTAA'd about 4-5 times. Incident Description*:I was rolling up to a deputy interacting with the public and upon my arrival. I witnessed a alleged SBI member telling the Deputy to go back to Milano County. I intervened and told the SBI that he is a sworn in law enforcement officer and has jurisdiction within the state, despite his department's policy. During this the deputy left, and another man I was previously interacting with punched my patrol car when I was attempting to leave the scene. I approached the man and notified that he was not allowed to leave. During this investigation I asked the man multiple times to show identification. He disregarded my lawful order numerous times before I attempted to take him into custody. During my attempt the SBI agent nearby approached me and instantly grabbed me and threw me into handcuffs. I told the SBI what happened multiple times in which he denied. He requested body worn camera footage or I was going to go to jail for "false arrest". I then reported the agent using the in-game menu. We went back and forth for a extended period of time before the evidence was overlooked. During this the SBI agent stated that my claim was false, and the evidence did not support my arrest. However, despite stating that I was still in the wrong, the agent decided to let me go. The agent kept their opinion stating that they did not agree with my attempted arrest even after letting me go.
