Incident Description*:it started when a cop pulled me over with no reason and a guy who I helped earlier on gun shop shot the police so we ran and another cop saw us speeding and chased us , the other guy got away cuz he got good car and i was slow so i resorted on killing the guy chasing us, then i went to auto shop on milano to buy new car and i notice some VHP following me(the guy with firnge hair or something) and i was confused cuz theres no witness and he didnt use radio. so he pulled a gun on me and said cuffed me.
