Description: I was an employee at the Strike Point store. While I was asking questions about the store, one of the employees (ranked Firearms Dealer) became annoyed, told me I was “fired,” and called the police to trespass me. I questioned this with an SBI agent, but they ultimately said I was trespassed, so I left the store and walked down the path. While I was making a phone call, an SBI agent and several officers confronted me and accused me of “illegally selling weapons.” They claimed that the Firearms Dealer employee who had “fired” me earlier was a witness. I immediately rejected this accusation as completely untrue and told them they couldn’t just arrest me based solely on a witness. Despite this, they proceeded to arrest me and placed me in a questioning room for about 10 minutes. During questioning, I repeatedly denied the accusations and reminded them that the burden of proof was on them to provide sufficient evidence. I also explained that a witness was not sufficient evidence, since anyone could simply lie to get someone arrested—which is what happened in this case. Nevertheless, I was arrested by one of the main officers, “Chosen_B,” for 25 minutes based only on that one witness’s statement. To me, this was a completely false arrest.
