What Happened? i was minding my business in Ventura at the gun shop, a person comes up to me and asks the cop nearby, “can i shoot him”, the officer responds with “yes”, and he shoots me, later i run into him again, and he yet again shoots me, (this is because of my avatar, i was wearing a tail.), i reported the guy, and he gets a 1 day ban for VDM, he proceeds to stalk and harass me on another account, and then reports me for something that wasnt done inside of the game/community, and im banned for V-TOS, (a week before this happened, i asked a moderator if they can report you for stuff that isnt done inside if the community, and they said no. Ban Reason - **Case #12012 -** You have been **banned** from **🎃 Mountain Interactive** by **@not_ziz**. **Reason:** V-TOS Why Should You Be Unbanned - I completely understand if i was banned for the avatar, but that wasn’t the case, It was a V-TOS ban, which i think is a overestimated ban, from now on, i wont wear the unrealistic avatars in the games, and ill always check, and put make my avatar realistic before joining the game.
