Hello, T_3xas decided to not listen to anything I was explaining to protect a friend of his, let me explain. I was patrolling as Gang Unit, My partner and I conducted a Contraband traffic stop on Mr. Andres, he then decided to run, resulting in us finding him and booking him for evading. T_3xas did not like this, he tried to say evading is fleeing in a vehicle.
