Warning Appeal: The person reporting me was driving at dangerous rates of speed and a pursuit was initiated. The vehicle was spiked, and as can be seen in the clip below, he was noncompliant, aggressive, and was making deadly threats to officers present on-scene. Someone began opening fire on us (out of camera) which prompted other officers to move away. The subject can be seen getting up out of his vehicle suddenly and doesn’t say he will comply, and with the knowledge that he said if the officers came close, he would shoot, I shot him the moment he got up to get out because I believed he was a threat to myself and the other officers because he said he was going to shoot us, and once he had the opportunity to, he attempted to take it. Oh by the way, in his clip, the clip he sent was 7 seconds long but you can see the medal clip he took it from was at least a minute long. He took something out of context to accuse me, as if he was hiding something.
