My Warning Appeal Appealing Roblox Username: cxsmic_heart Appealing Discord ID: 673301597237018703 Warning Date: 1/24/2025 Moderating Staff Member: noobyieeeee What game did the warning take place in?: Los Angeles Warning Reason: I think the warning is unjustified based on my perspective during the scene. Warning Appeal: I moved out of the individual’s line of sight, and equipped my gun. I then moved into his line of sight and then he turned away, which gave me a further advantage to fight back and shoot him. The moderator said, “you had a gun aimed at you, and you still shot so its (F)RP”. I personally believe that the shooting was justified roleplay-wise because I was out of his line of sight and he didn’t follow me visually when I moved. Additionally, he turned away from me when I had my gun out, which gave me a greater advantage too. One popular example of this IRL is this scene (attached). In real life and in-game, if there’s a gun pointing at you, you should listen. However, just as I did in-game and this notable man IRL did, once that gun isn’t pointing at you and they’re not paying attention anymore, it’s free game. Appealing Roblox Username: cxsmic_heart Appealing Discord ID: 673301597237018703 Warning Date: 12/11/2024 Moderating Staff Member: CR4ZY_DILAN What game did the warning take place in?: Perris, California Warning Reason: I believe the reason for me shooting him is justified and the clip he used didn’t provide context to the situation. Warning Appeal: The person reporting me was driving at dangerous rates of speed and a pursuit was initiated. The vehicle was spiked, and as can be seen in the clip below, he was noncompliant, aggressive, and was making deadly threats to officers present on-scene. Someone began opening fire on us (out of camera) which prompted other officers to move away. The subject can be seen getting up out of his vehicle suddenly and doesn’t say he will comply, and with the knowledge that he said if the officers came close, he would shoot, I shot him the moment he got up to get out because I believed he was a threat to myself and the other officers because he said he was going to shoot us, and once he had the opportunity to, he attempted to take it. Oh by the way, in his clip, the clip he sent was 7 seconds long but you can see the medal clip he took it from was at least a minute long. He took something out of context to accuse me, as if he was hiding something.
