What Happened: What happened was that I was thinking that I was roleplaying by standing in the middle of the road and typing “End me.” Not realising it was V-TOS, I thought it would make a good role play because it was intense, I admit I was an absolute idiot thinking I could do that, anyway the wonderful staff member came and told me, she said it seems like you’ve misunderstood and you can appeal so that’s what I did. I am now re-appealing due to my last one being rejected and the staff member falsely accusing me of things I did not do, I will explain in more detail in my Why I Should Get Unbanned paragraph. Ban Reason: V-TOS, and this time I have evidence to back this up. Why I Should Be Unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned since I was very misinformed and had misunderstood this rule severely, I will never do this again after reading the TOS of many things, I also believe that I was misinformed by my friend since he’d said he’d done it before and told it would be completely fine and the staff wouldn’t care, not knowing he’d never played the game and lied to me. Also like I said in the other paragraph I had been falsely accused by a staff member in my other appeal, saying I’d done things I hadn’t, I have evidence to back this up saying I did V-TOS and did nothing of what the other staff member had said, I found it very rude and did nothing like how he’d said I’d done things I hadn’t, the first image linked below is the image of the message the staff member had sent me. I recommend you read the second paragraph. I believe he also misspelt a couple words, that doesn’t matter anyway. I am sincerely sorry, to the staff team, I hope that this gets lifted that would be amazing from you. PS: I hope for a different staff member to see this and not the one who falsely accused me. Also this is not just because I am angry I got rejected, I hope you understand this.

What Happened: I am going to be completely honest with my appeal so it gives you more detail, I was on a server and messing around, one of the things I was doing, not realising I was V-TOS, was that I was in the middle of the road trying to end myself as I was saying because my friend told me he had done it before and was fine, I was told by the staff member who banned me that I had misunderstood and kindly said that I should appeal. Ban Reason: V-TOS Why I Should Be Unbanned: I was very misinformed about this and will never do it again, I thought I was allowed but wasn't, I will be reading the TOS of everything now, I also didn't get warned that i was V-TOS until the wonderful staff member came and told me. I kindly request that this ban be lifted since I have learnt my lesson. My Dearest Apologies.
