Incident Description*:banana_ooooooonana23 came up to me and a couple other people and officers at aquilla park, and RDM'd everyone (no clip), I then found him again followed him to ask him about it, he got out of his car and told me to step out then removed me from my car multiple times without rp, he also did not pull me over or say that I was being detained so I drove off and he pulled out a Glock 17 and shot me (clip 1). I then drove back over after respawning to ask him about the RDM at aquilla park and the reason why he shot me (clip 2), he failed to give me a proper answer and then shot a cop and me (clip 3). Username & ID: youngpandaboyg 3140020513 Discord ID: 904177280362897408 Staff: Not given Backstory (9/20/25) On a Saturday, I was playing Project Ventura for a couple hours at this point, then I drive over to gun store and theres a few other people there and some police arrive later. From what I remember, the police were there because someone had made a fake call about a shooter, and a person went up to another person there and accused him of being the shooter as a false joke. The police detain and search him and find that he has a gun, and as this is playing out I'm also pretending to be a witness and saying that he was the shooter, when in reality there was no shooter. As the scene plays out, I start to side with the person who was detained by the police and eventually the police decide to let him go, but one of the officers stole his gun. So I try to help him get his firearm back but we aren't successful, even after consulting with SBI. After the entire scene, I stay at gun store with the guy who was falsely accused of being a shooter by me and a random person and we ended up talking and getting to know each other. This person is Deshon_Field (100284019) and we continue to talk until early into the morning. I don't remember what happened after, but we friended each other and I went to sleep sometime around 11 AM. Day Of (9/21/25) I went to sleep around 11 AM and woke up at about 5 pm, I saw that Deshon was still on Ventura, so I join his server and find him. We meet at the gun store and meet 3 other people, l3ayHarbourButcher, and 2 others. Deshon knew one of them, but the other and l3ayHarbourButcher were new people for me and Deshon. We decide to form a little group and hold a hostage situation. We all head to the motel with Emmet and try to lure in a cop with some gunshots. Eventually, an officer comes over and we force her to be a hostage in one of the motel rooms and call for backup. Instead of backup arriving, another singular officer rolls up and we decide to force the officer into being a hostage aswell. When backup finally arrives, Deshon acts as the negotiator and stays out front to talk with the officers. The whole thing lasts about 20 minutes until a new officer randomly shows up out front, and within 2 minutes of his arrival, he walks into the house alone and shoots everyone. After I respawn, I drive back over to see what had happened because of the officer FRP'ing and the place was empty. After that, the other 2 people we met left, and me, Deshon, and l3ayHarbourButcher decide to just go around and get in a big shootout with police. It started with a couple short lasting high speed pursuits, until we led police to the gun store and all went into the vault room. l3ayHarbourButcher seemingly teleported in and out of the room a few times, but I had thought it was just lag on his end. Eventually, the police raided the vault room and we all died. After respawning, I get a call that Deshon is getting arrested and the officer does not care about NLR. Because of this, me and l3ayHarbourButcher go to stop the officer taking him to the jail. We follow the sheriff suv until it reaches the front gate of the jail, and then we both get out of the car and l3ayHarbourButcher runs over to the suv and removes Deshon from the back seat. l3ayHarbourButcher then shoots at some police officers and tells me to shoot Deshon so that he won't get arrested and because we were in a 2 seater hellcat. l3ayHarbourButcher dies in the process, but I escape in the car, sucessfully stopping Deshon's arrest which should have never happened because of NLR. I get into another pursuit with police, and when I escape I meet with Deshon and l3ayHarbourButcher at the gun store garage. The police eventually find us and we get into another shootout, Deshon dies early into the shootout. l3ayHarbourButcher kills a police officer in the parking lot with an AR that he obtained from an officer and tells me to pick up a gun that the officer dropped in the parking lot, so we exit to the parking lot. I get the AR, but we are pinned behind an suv by 2 other officers. We make a run for the gun store, but we both died. When I respawned, I went back to the gun store and found some police and Deshon. Then, Deshon and I get tackled by the same officer that tried to arrest Deshon earlier. We tell him that this arrest is breaking NLR, but he says he doesn't care and is gonna charge both of us with "55 capitals 20 felonies 20 misdemeanors." We get to the same area in front of the jail when l3ayHarbourButcher appears from behind and shoots the cop, me, and Deshon. l3ayHarbourButcher gets into another shootout by himself at gun store while Deshon and I are outside, in the front, with police. l3ayHarbourButcher killed a handful of cops, but then died, shortly after this, I friended l3ayHarbourButcher since he had to go and not long after, Deshon and I got off aswell. Ban Reason: C-EXP, conspiring with an exploiter Why should I be unbanned? I believe that I should be unbanned because first of all it's not like l3ayHarbourButcher was blatantly exploiting, At the time, I couldn't really tell if he was just lagging. Secondly, I was not "conspiring" with him, I had just met him and didn't know that he was exploiting. This shows that there is no evidence that Deshon and I were "conspiring" or even knew that he was exploiting. Because of the lack of evidence of any kind that Deshon and I were "conspiring," which means to "make secret plans jointly to commit an unlawful or harmful act," (Definition from Oxford Languages) I believe that Deshon and I should be unbanned due to the presumption of innocence and for a fair moderation experience.
