I was patrolling on FCPD Team, to when I was requested by a Civilian to come down to Speds Auto's to deal with a request. Upon getting the request, I approached the intersection at the start of the clip, and flipped around; the officer stated that I had ran the red light, but the clip doesn't even show me running the red light as his graphics do not even reach that far. I flipped around at the intersection, went to speds to deal with the situation. The K9 Unit then stopped me, I cooperated with him, gave him my license, etc then went to deal with the situation; although it was an entirely illegal stop. the officer then esentially obstructed me from conducting my duties and got in my way when i was attempting to deal with a civilian request, therefore was detained for a short period of time Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) Abuse of Power, Abuse of Tools Why Should You Be Unbanned? Well to first of say that I never even ran through the light, which was the entire reason for this situation to pop off at first, which there's no proof of me actually doing; I told the officer that I was there to deal with a situation, which he continued obstructing. I believe that I should be unbanned as I believe that the entire nature to this is false. I understand that there was no reason for me to cuff the officer, but in the moment I was just trying to deal with the civilians issue of him being shot at by another officer for no reason, which I believe takes way more priority than apparently running through a red light
