I was trying to park my car in the SP parking lot, and when I did that, a glitch/lag caused the car of an individual I was parking next to get flung. As shown in the clip that was completely not my fault, you can clearly see it was due to desync. After the car got flung, the owner came up to me and without saying anything or even giving me a chance to explain what happened and he started shooting me and eventually killed me. I tried to tell him that the car getting flung wasn’t my fault but he didnt give me the chance. After this I went back to the exact place where I had died just to tell him that what he did wasnt alright, as it broke the RDM rules since there was no RP behind the shooting (not necessarily true). He then started arguing with me saying things like I was breaking the “new life rule” and that I should “stop crying” or “idc.” After that I told him that I had a clip of the whole incident (him killing me) and used the word “nka” at the end of the sentence, not knowing that it was also considered a violation of the V-tos. I tried to explain to him that I wasnt in the wrong, but things got out of hand and I used that word. I tht 10 en left the scene, and abouminutes later, I returned to SP, where I wanted to buy a gun (not to use against him). When I got there the gun store worker who was possibly his friend or something killed me because I had argued with his friend (the one I had insulted). As shown in the clip, he asked the “victim,” “should I do the honours?” and he responded w “do it” Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) V-Tos Why Should You Be Unbanned? Just to clarify, im not trying to make excuses for using that word. At the time I genuinely thought it was allowed and not against the rules as I had seen other players use it before.I now understand that this is not a valid reason to use it and I take full responsibility for my mistake. The reason I said it was because I was frustrated by the way the other player spoke to me and the things he said. That ofc doesnt rlly justify my reaction, and I now know I shouldve handled the situation differently. I believe I should be given another chance because ive never been banned before, and ive been playing project ventura for like two months without any issues. Ive learned from this experience and can assure you that something like this will not happen again. What he showed in the video was not really what bad things he also did, so since I got the full clips im going to show them in full version, explaining everything that happened in detail. Reporter Roblox Username & ID*: PalauEz2 & 1710216273 Reporter Discord ID*: 913103519370854402 Offender Roblox Username*: Anonynoobs Offender Discord Username*: N/A Incident Description*:I was minding my own bussines, clearly not doing anything illegal, I didn't have an active arrest warrant on, I even interacted with a police officer before the incident, and as shown in the video, I was tazed then killed by that police officer with clearly no RP behind, I captured a 3 minute video, in which you can see I did not do anything illegal, even tho I carried a gun on me, I chose not to fight that cop because clearly I had no point in doing that as he already broke the rules so it was best to just report him afterwards, and you can also see I interacted with a police officer before and he did not try to arrest me or shoot me in any way. Even if I did something illegal and I had an arrest warrant on me, the cop still broke the rules, as this could NOT be a real life interaction in any scenario, nobody shoots a civilian on the side walk then bails as a cop. I was minding my own bussines. just driving around interacting with players until I got my car stuck and then a cop came, tazing me and afterwards killing me without any roleplay behind, like shown in the video. I had a pistol equiped, but I did absolutely nothing with it, and even if I did something bad towards the cops, that one should never had taze me and kill me like that.
