After I paid, the offender was arrested in-game before giving me the weapon. Because of this, I was left sitting on a negative balance of -700 dollars without access to any item I had paid for. The offender told me that I would get my money back, but I never received it. After some time he left the game again without resolving the situation. This was highly frustrating and disappointing, as it was unfair and broke the trust of the trade. Scamming other players by not delivering items or returning money goes against fair play and roleplay rules. Rules Violated: [2.3] Roleplay Rules – Scamming Players are not allowed to scam others out of in-game currency, items, or assets. Transactions must be fair and based on trust. Purposefully taking payment without delivering the promised item or refunding the money is considered scamming. [2.5] Roleplay Rules – FailRP Realism Required: Actions must remain realistic in a true-to-life scenario. Leaving after being arrested while still holding someone’s money, and claiming a refund would be given but not following through, is unrealistic roleplay and a failure to engage properly. General Rules Respect Others: All players deserve a fair and honest experience. Misusing arrest situations and unfairly taking money from others shows disrespect to the community and breaks the rules of fairness. Despite complying with his demands, I was killed without any valid roleplay reason. The player shot me solely because I was present on the scene, which violates the server's roleplay and PvP rules. This left me feeling frustrated and unfairly treated, as the server rules emphasize that killing must be justified by an In-Character reason and must not be random (RDM). The incident disregarded proper escalation and respect for roleplay guidelines. Rules Violated: [2.2] Roleplay Rules – Player versus Player (PvP) Valid Kills: You must have a valid In-Character reason to kill another player. Random killing (RDM) is prohibited. Lethal Force: Killing should only be used as a last resort and must have a strong RP reason. [2.5] Roleplay Rules – FailRP Realism Required: Actions must be plausible in a real-life scenario. Killing someone with no reason is not realistic. General Rules Respect Others: Everyone deserves a fair experience. Evidence to Support your Claim: Roblox-2025-09-06T20_39_28.623Z.mp4
