The guy in the car with me got out and shot someone (I wasn't told that he was going to do this but I think that one of the guys we recruited were undercover). Then SBI pull up and kill him I sit in my car and don't move at all because I have a gun around me and I don't want to get beamed in the crossfire. Then the SBI guy (dude being reported) pulls me out of the car and cuffs me. He illegally searches my vehicle to find explosives we were going to use for the robbery (there was no probable cause because the shooter wasn't the driver, he was not seen in the vehicle by the SBI and I was cooperating fully). I ask for a supervisor and he just says I'm the director and refuses. I ask him to wait for a mod where he then refuses and just starts making things up about the situation that didn't happen like saying he saw us at strike point (which was completely unrelated, seeing two people together is not conspiring to shoot someone). He then starts to pile on charges like conspiring with the shooter and open carry (I had no choice to remove the weapon because I was pulled from the vehicle). The guy just proceeded to be a total prick for the rest of the situation you can judge for yourself from the clip. There's no clip of the shooting only the events directly after. I don't know the exact codes but I was charged with: Open carry Explosives (non-detonated) Conspiracy (there could have been more charges but I didn't see them because the text got cut off). Incident Description*:I was driving around and started speeding then crashed my car, the cop stopped me then I pulled over at sp. After stopping he called backup and arrested me for having a bolo (keep in mind this bolo was set by an officer almost an hour ago for evading and I had died twice between then and now). Multiple of my friends with me can verify this and the officer who originally set the bolo. I told him to ask the officer and he just told me to stop crashing out and that I needed a clip to prove I died (which is a completely unreasonable expectation). The video tells the rest of the story pretty much. Even when the officer who set the bolo was right in front of his face he refused to ask him probably in the name of xp. I didn't do anything (except insult his car) so he picked me up and put me in his car and drove to a house. He rented it out and sat me down. He said he was watching me and I have to pay $1000 or I'm going to prison to 2 hours. I refuse. He puts me back in the car and while driving says $500 and $250 which I also refuse. He then jails me for violent escape of custody. There was another guy in the car whose username is visible near the end of the video but I don't think he did anything or at least I'm not sure if he broke any rules. You were told IC I had no ID on my person and instead of asking after a search if one was found you simply said you found an ID anyways. I told you that I don't have one OOC but you ignored this.

Incident Description*:I was outside one of the houses in game kicking a door down and the guy pulls up. He gets out of his car and detains me and starts questioning. I tell him I own the house (I didn't) and that (in role play) I had no ID on my possession. The questioning carried on with me denying everything and he then said "I already know what you did you have a warrant". This is information he could not have possibly known since in RP I had no ID on me. He did not fingerprint, have witnesses or anything alike that could tell him who I was. He could've simply taken me to the station and roleplayed a fingerprint but no. I reminded him that he was told I had no ID out of character and he started getting really salty and asking me to define FRP and SBI. He copy and pasted the definition of FRP and I then used the exact definition to show him that he was wrong. He instead resorted to insulting me on the way back to the station saying "shut up cornball". He admitted a number of times and in the evidence that he used in-game mechanics in an unrealistic way that cannot be replicated in real life to identify me. Experiences like this really ruin the game for new players like myself and puts a bad reputation on the community.
