    Officer RDM/Tool Abuse

    I had a AR on me and was speeding down the road and ran a couple red lights. The officer I am reporting didn't sound his siren once to which I didn't know he was chasing me. I don't even know if he was chasing me or not. I stopped to talk to another innocent officer and tell him he was blocking the way during his traffic stop and RP'd by asking if we got a issue since he wouldn't move. The officer I am reporting then pulls up behind out of nowhere, gets out his car, and full autos his rifle straight into my windshield and deadchecks me too. We had no prior experience before this and this is definitely RDM.
