Your Roblox Username & User ID - toby6aby - 1553249346 Your Discord ID - 410310413629259776 - toby6aby Staff Member Who Banned You (optional) - Not Listed What Happened? this occurred 09/06/2025 around 9:41 pm EST to 10:06 pm EST. i was banned at 10:28 pm EST. it started outside the subway parking lot, i believe. i was in a 2006 charger, and i got pulled over by a deputy. i decided to flee, ultimately getting away, but then i drove around in the same car. i already assumed there was a bolo, and sure enough, a squad car started to pull me over. i immediately sped off, assuming they were already looking for me. this turned into a long high-speed pursuit around the state. i eventually switched cars at sped autos to an all-black tahoe, but i was seen by a pursuing FCPD i officer i believe. i then sped down florence boulevard, where i ultimately got into a nasty wreck at the bridge i believe, and i was ejected, paralyzed and practically captured, but i decided to leave the experience to avoid arrest. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) - LTAA Why Should You Be Unbanned? first off, i know my ban is completely justified, and i do have to face the consequences for it. i understand leaving to avoid arrest ruins the fun and roleplay of the game, and i understand it is against the rules. i take full accountability and responsibility for my actions, and i do regret leaving to avoid arrest. i've been playing the game for a little while, and i've been a cop before as well, and i do enjoy the gameplay. it's immersive. leaving the game was dumb, i admit. i'm not expecting an unban since i did what i did, but i at least don't want to be permanently banned. i never received any warning in the past or bans, but that still doesn't account for my actions, and i do apologize for what i did. i do know how to roleplay, i do have common sense, but it obviously wasn't shown based off my actions. i hope i don't seem unapologetic since text has no tone, but i do take full accountability for what i did, and i do apologize and regret leaving to avoid arrest. i just possibly hope for a temporary ban, it doesn't even have to be short-term, 1 week or 2 weeks banned. all in all, i apologize, i got what i deserved, and i hope i can earn a second chance to play the experience again. lesson learned.
