I also have 2 VHP officers as witnesses, as they were the ones involved. I do not have a clip of him committing RDM against the VHP trooper but I clipped him confessing to it. He basically said that he went rogue out of RP reasons, which was of course not approved and FRP. If you are a police officer and you try to request the documents of someone in a car its just going to activate the radio as the 2 Hotkeys are the same. You have to get him out of the car to get his documents which is obviously risky as hell, please change it.
