After doing so, I observed offender unjustly asking my passenger, cythegamer14, for Identification, even if he did not commit any crime whatsoever during the entire incident, upon questioning offender's motives for doing so, please note that one of the assisting officers on-scene as shown in the clip also noted that the passenger had committed no crimes and admitted that "He's right" and stated that "He's just an occupant" to the offender. Offender then proceeded to tell me to "Shut up baldie." for defending my passenger from unlawful requests, after immediately requesting for a Supervisor and explaining to the offender that he is inherently acting unprofessional whilst on-duty as a Law enforecement officer, offender then stated "Womp Womp", indicating that they do not care for violating posted community guidelines for Ventura and proceeded to call a Supervisor, who never showed up to the scene due to availability, eventually I just ended up leaving the scene with this recording I took, I honestly don't care about being insulted but my main purpose of filing this report is to get people like this off-team and give a chance for more competent individuals to take their spots. Incident Description*:Offender was on-team as a VHP Trooper, in an unmarked explorer, upon making a legal right on red, with seemingly no errors caused by myself whilst on-duty as a Deputy sheriff on HCSD team, offender pulled myself over in their vehicle & called out a traffic stop on a HCSD "Vic" over radio, offender never called for any available HCSD department supervisor throughout this entire ordeal, even though there potentially could have been supervisors for my team in the server at the time, offender then explained that their reasoning for pulling myself over was because I "ran a red", to which I argued that turning red on red is not illegal within the state of california (which Project delta is based off of) and that turning right on red is vague and is not considered illegal under any rules/guidelines pertaining to Project Delta itself, Offender then proceeded to issue myself a citation for "437. IMPROPER TURN ON RED SIGNAL" without first consulting any department supervisors or higher ranks than myself, even after questioning their actions myself, offender proceeded to issue myself a citation and told me that I was free to go afterward. Unsure on what the view on right on reds are here, but from what I've seen and understood from observing game rules & in-game conduct, it is to my own personal understanding that right on reds are allowed and officers tend to allow this to occur without afteraction. Reporter Roblox Username & ID*:Username: chappie342 | 171889103 Reporter Discord ID*:Discord user: chappie342 | 1217140594829430835 Offender Roblox Username*: Offender Discord Username*:ROBLOX - zaidbooom2 | 731482707 DISCORD - last_calll | 788947829565161502 Incident Description*:I was falsely called 911 on & framed for "murder" for no apparent reason by a MEDIC who was on-team, when I drove up to the Donut shop outside the Super mall in Project Delta and found a masked individual inside with a radio on their person, who was apparently a "medic", with a dead body also inside, motionless, I was never apart of any killing whatsoever, I had a glock in my trunk however it was never even taken outside of my trunk or used at all, I simply started working at the donut shop - After a small while working there, this "medic" walks outside and calls 911 and reports me for murder, falsely reporting myself and being corrupt with no authorization let alone any reason to do so at all, a short while afterwards, I realize what is going on and what was going to happen if I didn't speak up and then a deputy arrived at the scene, gun pointed at me, asking me to put my hands up and then grabbed me and placed me in the back of his car, this deputy then didn't detain the offender of this report at first and afterwards I immediately requested for a supervisor, who arrived at the scene however never spoke to me directly, they then proceeded to search this medic, his car and then release him and instead book me because there was "more evidence against me" and didn't arrest the medic because "I take the medic's word over yours", this directly violates the law enforcement code of conduct rules, after being taken to the station the deputy that was booking me then asked me OOC how to book me.... and didn't even know how to properly book me because I was left inside of the transfer area in cuffs, not even inside the actual jail itself... After getting out of jail AN HOUR LATER I also found out that my firearm was confiscated because the Deputy wasn't competent enough to know whether firearms licenses were actually obtainable or not, therefore he decided to confiscate my firearm for no actual reason rather than being uneducated on game features/rules.
