Spotted them at in n out and arrested them. A “USMS” agent arrived even though the arrest had nothing to do with them and he claimed that I didn’t have any evidence to arrest them even though I witnessed them steal a car and flee from me first hand. Regardless when I tried to leave with 1 of the females in the back of my cruiser cuffed, auto the CHP officer spiked my cruiser. They then cuffed me and tried to break out the lady from my car. I was uncuffed by another officer and they uncuffed the lady. I tried to cuff her again and auto the CHP officer assaulted me with a taser. Appealing Roblox username: Coolothebro6375 Appealing user discord ID: 867875294693556234 Ban Length: 1 day Moderating staff member: Unkown Ban Reason: RDM Why should I be unbanned: On 11/13/2024 I was patrolling in Perris when I spotted a stolen BPD ford explorer with 2 oqupents driving very erratically. I began to pursue it and the driver crashed into a garbage can, I ran up to the passanger side with my gun drawn and opened the door and the driver put it in reverse and began to drive away. Before the I spotted the vehicle the suspects had shot an officer and stole his cruiser (they admitted to it during staff scene). Seeing both men specifically the driver as a threat to the public as they were about to enter a neighborhood I aimed for the driver and opened fire but hit the passenger and wounded him. The driver was killed later on and the passenger who had survived was healed by a cop and called staff claiming RDM. I was then rdmed by a random user before I could make my argument and I proceeded to get kicked and banned for 1 day. I believe the ban was wrong as my intentions were not to hit the passenger but yet the driver as he had shot an officer and was still possibly armed. To add on the suspect was reversing and about to drive into a residential area, seeing as the suspects driving is erratic and the previous violent crime the suspect had committed Tennessee V Garner would apply for both the driver and passanger since they both were involved in the shooting. Although I am not condoning my actions in shooting the passanger, I still believe that lethal force would apply to both men since they both shot a officer previous to my interaction with them.
