It initially stated a citation for "Verbal Abuse" and then proceeded to "Public Spitting on a Sidewalk." Upon bringing this up to the officers on the scene, I noticed that none of them was the citing officer. The Watch Commander informed me on the scene that they were investigating a "rogue officer" in connection with this incident. I then started clipping every time I received a citation during that interaction. In total, I was able to clip four (4) separate citations that were issued to me, all in the span of two (2) minutes. Tack on the (approximate) three (3) other citations that were issued to me, I incurred and received $2500 worth of fines that I had to pay off. I initially filed a ticket through the support ticket system; however, upon realizing that this report forum exists, I opted to utilize this forum instead. Just so you know, the attached YouTube video is a culmination of the clips in total, which were all taken separately with a two (2) minute span. Also, the video provides evidence of the fines incurred due to these citations.
