After digging in; I gathered that the bot that you used detected that I was a member of Discord servers related to cheating in Roblox. I am genuinely unaware that the servers I have long ago joined was a violation of your terms of service that would result in an automated permanent ban. I was surprised and concerned. Upon receiving the ban, I took immediate corrective action by leaving every server affiliated with cheats or association with cheats and I want to clarify that these servers I joined were a remnant in the past and it was curiosity that I had long since abandoned; and I already disengaged with these servers. My commitment to fairplay is my utmost priority because Project Ventura is a game I hold in high esteem and play on a daily basis, and I would never use any exploits or cheats to gain an unfair advantage against others; which would undermine the integrity of a game I deeply enjoy, and I deeply apologize for being affiliated with these servers and I have done the aforementioned actions to ensure full compliance with your terms of service. As per my duties, my responsibility is to maintain a safe and peaceful environment for all players. To address these violations, I proceeded to issue a citation to this individual. The core of the issue, and the reason for my ban, seems to be the high dollar amount attached to that citation. I would like to clarify two critical points: 1. The Fine Amount Was Not My Discretion: The fine for the cumulative charges this player incurred is predetermined and fixed by the game's system. As an officer, I do not have the ability to modify or set arbitrary fine amounts. The system automatically calculated the total based on the violations I selected ($50,000). My only action was to identify the breaches of rules; I did not "choose" this sum. 2. Lack of Context in Moderation Review: The moderation action appears to have been taken based solely on the outcome (the high fine) without reviewing the context or the justifiable reasons that led to it. The moderator focused entirely on the "victim" of the citation while completely disregarding my testimony and the defendant's actions that necessitated it.
