He comes back with a 12 THOUSAND DOLLAR FINE. Reminder, I only left my car. I had 600 dollars at that point. Also, one of those is "resulting in injury", how could a parked car result in someone getting injured??? Also how is a parked car vandalising anything? Rules Violated*:Not sure. FRP perhaps?
