My Ban Appeal Appealing Discord ID: pizza_was_secured | 586669072704471050 Ban Length: Presumed to be permanent, unknown length as I do not have the log. Ban Reason: Unknown, presumed to be related to my in-game moderation action which I am attempting to appeal, where I attempted to avoid moderation action. Why I Should Be Unbanned: It's been almost a week from my ban in Project Delta and from the Discord server of Mountain Interactive now. I believe that I have learned from my past actions and my errors, and I do acknowledge and apologize for what I have done and for attempting to avoid confrontation or action from the moderation team. My actions were made out of fear, and I do believe that the action taken against me is just, but, as I said in my other game appeal, this is my first time being involved with moderation, and I believe that a second chance should be granted to me, as I would like to enjoy the group's games to the fullest while also interacting with the community over Discord. That is why I should be unbanned in my opinion.

I believe I was banned for abusing my privileges as an on-team law enforcement officer by attempting to break out a prisoner from the jail. Somebody teleported to me (probably a staff member who was already near there before) and I just proceeded to leave out of fear, knowing that moderation action could be taken against me. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) No ban reason has been provided. As I said before, I left before getting the ban message. I also haven't found any screenshots or moderation logs through friends explaining why I was banned, but it's safe to assume that I was banned for the reason I provided above. Why Should You Be Unbanned? I believe I should be unbanned for a few reasons. First of all, my initial actions were made just out of fun to try and help my friend out of jail as we were playing together and we were having fun. I honestly didn't know at first that I would be punished at moderation-level, so I didn't think much about it till a staff member appeared infront of me out of nowhere. Since he just appeared out of nowhere, I got scared and, out of fear, decided to leave the server. I then didn't get on for a few hours as I was busy with some real-life issues. A few hours later, I attempted to get on, but was greeted with a message saying that I was unable to access the server, no reason provided. I then went and checked and found out that I was banned from both the Mountain Interactive ROBLOX Group and from the Discord Server. So, in hopes of getting to play this game again in a fair manner with other friends, I'm trying to get unbanned from both ROBLOX and from Discord. I do believe that my actions brought me a fair and just moderation action against me, but I do not think that I shouldn't have a second chance, given that this is my first time being involved in a moderation action in Mountain Interactive. Hope this message gets to you guys and that you guys understand.
