Incident Description*:Okay, so my friend's on PD were rear ended on Florence Blvd heading to Milano and the SBI Agent decided to flee the scene, knowing what he did was wrong. They (My Friends) then decide to make a bolo on his car which was a tan crown vic we then were notified that he was stopped by vhp at Super Mall (Milano). We go I review my friends clip and it clearly show's it was NOT lag, desync, or ice. I then pull him out and place him under arresst previously he's pulled the card where he is "The Director of SBI" as he was a paying member. So I put him in the back of my car, and he calls a mod like usual. The mod show's up absolutely clueless. We as in the 5 people who were there, ALL siding on me, saying what I was doing was completely justifiable. The mod continues to stall this, knowing what we were doing was justifiable. The mod begins to say that he was free to leave because he was a volunteer fire fighter!?!!?! And how he was being paged in or some bullshit, and that since he had a irl problem so he can't tell if he is lying or not so he let him go!?!? So the moderator could never explain himself or speak proper english mixing up word's and FORCING me to uncuff this SBI Agent because he was being paged irl volunteer firefighting. And then the SBI agent decideds to stay INGAME 5-6 minutes after i uncuffed him after he was complaining that he had to leave. Then he finally leave's. The moderator knowing he was in the wrong asked us to talk in a vc to communicate easier then we do. Me and my friends go off on him on how what he did was completely wrong. THEN AFTER ALL THIS we hang up. 2 minutes later i notice nikie is in the call so i join and ask if i can talk to olympic and when i join YOU CAN HEAR NIKIE SAYING " i dont really give a ****" when the moderator was trying to explain. Incident Description*:This moderator grabbed me from an ongoing investigation as I was arresting a VHP Officer for Corruption and False Arrest. When he grabbed me I was so confused on why he just grabbed me for no reason without saying a word. Then while we were speaking a Diamond Member who was on SBI Director along with me, was disrespecting me telling me that I was on Child Support and was on EBT saying the name was Jaquavion infering that people from African Descent were only people on EBT and Child Support this mod then does nothing after I was racially profiled. This is so sad and upsetting on how these mods were so unfairly chosen when there are so many better options out there, including myself that I have 400+ hour's on the game with actual knowledge other then some of these mods. So, an Officer was chasing a suspect (Moderator) she pulled out a gun, but as soon as she pulled out her gun, she got pepper-sprayed. The officer then began shooting I was confused because the suspect was unarmed and so I tackled the Officer and put him in cuffs then grabbed the suspect. The officer then provided me a clip of her reaching for her firearm. So I let the officer go, and arrest the suspect (Moderator). Her Moderator Friend, then pulled her out of my squad car while she was in cuffs helping her to escape. I then arrested her friend and put them both in my car while I speak to that officer. Then waiting for a safe time to read out there charges, I told them there charges. I was later banned for FRP? For not explaining there charges multiple times? And spoke to the mod who banned me saying that I have to by the Law Of Conduct repeat there charges multiple times which is also a lie. Strikepoint Parking lot, the Deputy was trying to pull out of his parking space, and a civilian was standing behind his car and the deputy was arrogant to back up, knowing they he could pull foward out of this parking spot. He then hopped out of his car and arrested the man for Failure to Comply. When the civillian didn't have to comply when there was no lawful order or reason to have the civillian move, as he wasn't obstructing at all. I, as SBI, then arrested the Deputy for 521. ABUSE OF AUTHORITY/UNLAWFUL ARREST. Then later I was banned I have also made previous arrest's on this same deputy and have won multiple times. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) Why Should You Be Unbanned? This was a lawful arrest made by me as the cvillian broke no law's and was not obstructing the deputy at any time. The deputy just had a power trip and decided to pull a simple charge to make the arrest justifiable.
