Okay so we were in the middle of a pursuit with a Rogue FD vehicle as I was in UC Uniform and also a UC vehicle and as we were chasing this FD vehicle the FD ladder ended up desyncing my vehicle and made my vehicle get stuck in the ground so at that point as the pursuit continued on I just got out and ran over to a unmarked explorer grabbed the spike strips and yes after reviewing the clip I should've most likely told him or asked what I was doing but after he noticed I had the strips he was like "should have just asked" and I acknowledged that and kept them out and it seemed he had no problem with it at that time and at this point I was assuming the ladder truck would come back on Florence BLV like it did multiple times previously so I waited with spikes and after a while I mostly acknowledged and assumed the ladder wasn't going to come back after a minute of waiting so at this point the officer picks up the spike strip box and a couple seconds later you can see me placing the spike strips in front of his vehicle and this is were the issue arises, I had no INTENT in for him thinking I was placing the spikes Infront of his vehicle to pop his tires the first thing that came to my head since the spike strip box was gone was just to place them down and assume he would pick them up since they were originally in his vehicle so when I placed them down I ran off down the Florence BLV and hopped into an alley way to get to my friend that was on Brighton street as he was on SBI as well so at that point I get tased and I didn't even notice him behind me until right when I jumped over but it was to late because I got tased at that point and then hers another issue I have with the ban message because it just cuts there and the next 2 minutes we were there is just missing so after the clip ends I flashed my SBI badge when I got up and he immediately says "!help" and I'm like confused because what FRP or AOT has gone wrong there as nothing has been taken out of character until now and another FCPD unit comes here and I basically give her the run down from the start and when he picked up the spike strip box and to the point I placed them and till I was tased, so like 30 seconds after this a SBI unit shows up and the other FCPD unit gives them a semi rundown of what happened and the SBI officer doesn't find anything and leaves like not even a minute later and at this point everyone clears out and by the time this was all done my other friend that was previously on Brighton street is done with the scene they are on so they pick me up after everything is over and I eventually get off a couple minutes later. Now my issue arises when I rejoin; I'm banned for "AOT/FRP." Now I don't really see myself abusing my authority because after I was originally tased, I complied and even talked with them all. I have no intent to abuse my authority. The second issue is the "FRP" part that wasn't even listed in the original ban message on Discord logs. Not once in that clip was there any "failing roleplay" until he took it out of character and said "!help," which he didn't even provide in the clip directly after I was tased, and this is just the issue I have. I do apologize sincerely for the lack of communication that was in that scene, but I do honestly think a lot of context was missing. I can also see the point of view from the other side, as I just placed the spike strips in front of their car and ran off. I had no intent of abusing authority. The spike strip placement was really not an attempt to bypass and use my authority for leverage; there was obviously miscommunication, which did fail on my part, and after I was caught up to and tased, I fully did comply, never resisted, and even openly explained everything to everyone else. I'd like to also add there is a big portion of context afterwards that is missing from the original clip that was used for my ban that had SBI, cooperation, and other units. I accept any guidance or explanation for this, and I do sincerely apologize for what happened, but I think there is a big portion of this that is missing.
