Reporter Roblox Username & ID*:EverlastingKarma:119270738 Reporter Discord ID*:226467092453392384 Offender Roblox Username*: itspocolede2 Offender Discord Username*: poco69420 (637328367770927135) Incident Description*:I was transporting a suspect handed off to me by an SBI agent to the Milano County Jail when I noticed that a HCSD FPIU had turned on its ELS and sirens behind me. I moved out of the way in order to provide right of way to the vehicle, but the FPIU proceeded to follow me. I assumed it was a traffic stop and respected such, stopping the vehicle. I conversed with the deputy (itspocolede2) for a few minutes at which point he declared that he had paced me going 55 miles per hour. This was false, given that at no point I had driven more than 5 miles over the speed limit (40 mph, I was going 45 mph). The deputy did not have the right to pull me over as he was not a supervisor and did not wait for a supervisor to arrive. Additionally, he interrupted me during a custody transport for something that could've been handled after the suspect had been dropped off. He did not allow for the situation to be handled internally, simply taking matters into his own hands as a non-supervisor and issued me a false citation. If he had issued me the correct citation and actually brought the correct charges, as well as had a supervisor handle the situation, there would've been no issue. However, his failure to properly follow the chain of command and take matters into his own hands makes it an issue. Rules Violated*:4D. Abuse of Power 5H.
