  1. Soo this matter isn't really adressed in the rules, nor criminal/penal code. Venture is based on california, which has no acts or bills regarding LEO's immunity during active duty. Basically, ANY officer (regardless of rank) can arrest another officer, given they have probable cause. This also is not mentioned in the rules. Only chain of command is mentioned, which is fully unrelated to topic I'm refering to. Therefore from this deduction, despite common misconception that only superviors and SBI can arrest, in reality, every officer can arrest and detain other officers on duty, IF they have probable cause. Please, fix me if I'm wrong. If I am wrong, give me actual paragraph from penal code, or rule that is in official DELTA project rules that would prohibit this. "No cuz no" is not a valid answer.
