This VHP Charger comes behind me, acctivates his lights and was super angry. He said he needed SBI and I couldn't leave. 5 Minutes later, SBI arrives and he explains he was upset that I was using the "supervisor cars when I was not a supervisor". To be clear I was using the marked 2020 durango with the ghosted livery for traffic enforcement. SBI clears me and says that I didn't do anything wrong, so I leave. Armaan continues to follow me and tries to pull me over. I stop, and he says that he needs my ID and he is going to cite me, I refuse, and drive off. He then starts chasing me, and trying to PIT me multiple times. I attempt to make my way back to the station but he hits my car again and it breaks. By this time, he has hit my car like 5-6 times and we are close to the South Coast Office. I get out of the car, he tases me, and tackles me. Then puts me in cuffs and drags me down under the bridge. He tases me two more times, then peppers prays me a bunch, and leaves. I didn't see where he went. As I run back to my car, a VHP unit spots me and questions why I am in cuffs. I explain the situation, then I drive Armaans car back to the station and go to check who signed out the car (since at that time I didn't know who he was). I see there are two names, Aarman and AlternativeArk. I then check discord and see a note for Armaan and a clip. I watch the clip, he also is pepper spraying multiple people, and immediately recognize him. This is exactly what happened. In the scene where I discharged 4 rounds into the player, this indiviaul had just stolen a gun from a scene that was to be used in an investigation, When he stole the gun, he decided to run away from Law Enforcment, and I began to chase him. After failing to stop, he ran towards a active street with civilians which is where I proceeded to discharge 4 rounds into his back. Under The Supreme Court Case, Tenesse v. Garner (1985) established that police officers can use deadly force against a fleeing suspect when there is probable cause to believe the suspect is a dangerous criminal who poses a threat of serious bodily harm. This indiviadual was armed with a stolen handgun and he posed a signifigant bodily threat to the Civilians of Riverside County. This is why I should be unbanned.
