    Question 1: Are SEB not meant to get helmets like FCPD SWAT? FCPD get deployment helmet and their battle belt has tasers, pepper spray and baton. Question 2: Their battle belt has tasers, pepper spray and baton, SEB don't. Do SEB only operate the 40 (mm) and Beanbag. Question 3: Is this all a rank thing?
