I was sitting getting gas and went afk and when I returned I was removed from the game so I clipped it to see if there was any interaction with me to which there was no. I then tried to rejoin the game and it said I was banned for LTAA with no context or any Direct Messages from any moderator etc. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message): LTAA Why Should You Be Unbanned?: Although I know there have been times where I disconnect on a scene it was never intentional as a ban is way worse than a jail time for 10 minutes. If I do get unbanned I can ensure that I will try to my best of my abilities to never commit such actions again.

Why I Should Be Unbanned: Before I gave the account away I do remember the situation where I was apart of this discord as a Community Member, although I did join the game about three or four times I was aware of any ongoing altercations with Mountain Interactive until a friend notified me of them DMCA’ing the server that is also when I left the server immediately. Now I do not own the account anymore after giving it away and it is now interfering with my status on my new account due to it being banned from the discord. mN24b while on the FBI team responded to my help request after having a vehicle flee from me. Upon him showing up the individual was tased and placed in handcuffs by mN24b. I requested he relinquish custody to me as I was the primary officer which he stated no and attempted to take my subject. I opened the door and asked for my subject where he then attempted to arrest me. I attempted to leave the altercation where he then walked up to my CHP vehicle opened the door and cuffed me and continuously tased me. He then ained his firearm at me which he did not fire but then pulled his taser out again where he tased me successfully and took my car. He then left the scene.
