Your Roblox Username & User ID nxico_M – 286400251 Your Discord ID 541960342004170753 What Happened? On the 16th of October, 2025, I was at the Florence Expo Center's Northwest-end of the parking lot when a two in occupancy white Mustang parks up. The two individuals in the vehicle disembarked and opened fire. In the reporters POV clip, it is shown I run up from the Northwest flank pushing towards the vehicle, where I shoot the man in the Mustang (causing it to fling up), and the individual on the floor. I did not see the subjects firearm dropped and I believed he was in the midway state between being downed/killed, where he would ragdoll for a few seconds and get up. Treating it as it was, I ran up to the civilian and fired my weapon to fully down the subject. My judgement on that was wrong, however, dead-checking is an excessive force case which did not pose an immediate threat to society. Not a homicide. This was ruled upon in multiple prior times I had encountered a moderator in Delta/Ventura. I contacted EMS immediately and called out the two downed subjects, then I walked away with intent to return to my car and then drive back around to resolve the scene by towing/impounding the subject's vehicle, secure the scene in general and clear with the other officers on scene for medical. When I began to walk west in the expo center towards my patrol car parked on Florence BLVD, the reporter (POV clip) and another sheriff's deputy ran behind me. The POV (reporter) states "Where are you going" whilst I am walking back towards my car. I was in the middle of typing a radio transmission towards SBI, who responded to my direct request over the radio as I decided to call them seeing the impending conflict. The deputy makes a callout stating I murdered someone, which is incorrect, and then the other officer ordered the deputy to tase me. I had still intended on simply going back to my car, bringing it out of traffic and to the scene, and working it out there where it could be resolved peacefully. I was rather short tempered (admittedly) as I had just gotten on the game and was not in the mood to deal with a rather petty and incorrect report to an SBI agent. I was tased multiple times, which I believe to be an excessive use of force as I had no intent of running further after they had already tased me once. With this belief, I made a !help call with intent to report what I believed to be an overuse of force and abuse of tools. Following my help call, I began to see an encounter occurring directly southeast of me involving a man with a firearm engaging the police. Seeing as I had a clear shot on the aggressor in the SerPro, I turned around and drew my slung M15. The other officers react by demanding he re-tases me and states I am trying to shoot them. Yet again an incorrect statement. At this point I was simply pissed off, I had gotten on to enjoy myself and play as a cop and I was met with being tased, improperly reported to SBI, and being prevented from acting in the face of an incident happening just across the street from me, which I very well could've ended by shooting and dropping the aggressor with a firearm at the SerPro. Pairing this, I reached a point of being so pissed off I straight up shot the guy tasing me. I acted on an impulse and was severely wrong for doing so. I tend turn around and grab the FCPD officer in the clip POV, (the reporter), and had intended to set him in the back of my car and resuscitate the deputy who I downed. The deputy and I spoke whilst the FCPD officer was in my car, and we both came to agreeing that it was stupid and intended to move on. The POV reporter was being held until a staff member and an SBI agent, whom he requested, arrived. Neither came and I released him. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) "4th Ban -- AOT, FRP, TK & TA", Ban ID 79251 Why Should You Be Unbanned? I am very aware what I did was incorrect, however, I feel as if my perspective was not considered enough in the decision. I wholeheartedly admit and take accountability for my lapses in judgement and impulsive actions; however, I believe that at the same time what I did was wrong, I did not have a chance to explain my side or remotely give any information to my feelings in order to sort it out. The lack of process afforded to me to converse the incidents and come to a resolute didn't allow me to explain. To the individual who I had shot, I had already apologized and resolved it with. To the reporter, I had similar intent to apologize and resolve it with. Whilst this was not in his clip, when he was in the back of my car I attempted to make contact with him. My memory does not strike perfectly; however, I recall him acting arrogant, refusing to speak to me, demanding I call SBI. While I tried to give him what he wanted, being an SBI response, I still tried to resolve it one to one through conversation, where he remained arrogant, insulting, and immature. I also think that my prior bans from LA being factored in was unfair. I have no issue admitting that at the start of the year when LA was at its semi-peak, I would play it with my friends and get into some tomfoolery which included RDM. I did not take the game remotely serious, and for that, I apologize. When Project Delta came around, I began to play it. As a longtime Rosewood player, it made me nostalgic and it was enjoyable. That led to me taking the game to a level of seriousness and respect I did not afford to LA. My prior ban in Project Delta was an NLR violation, as I had gone onto SBI team and arrested two SBI agents, after myself and six other police officers were arrested by the two SBI agents, who conducted a "STING" operation which aimed to entrap officers into illegally searching a home by giving false authorization and statements of probable cause. I feel this ban was also facilitated by a lack of context and lack of any ability for me to explain myself. All in all, I believe I should be unbanned because I have taken accountability and I have learned from my prior mistakes in Ventura. I am welcoming to any sort of moderation zero-tolerance that may be brought ahead if this appeal is successful, I am just hopeful my appeal is successful to begin with so I can go back to playing the game with my friends and having fun. P:S I AM AWARE THIS FLAGS FOR 97% AI ON JUSTDONE AI DETECTOR (i tested it myself cause he said it reads like AI)..... AI DID NOT WRITE THIS... I, NXICO M DID. MY FRIEND WAS WATCHING ME WRITE THIS LIVE IN VC AND YOU CAN CONTACT HIM IF YOU NEED A VOUCH; @triage in MI Discord. This is a resubmission as my last one was missing two elements of the format; apologies, it's been rectified.
