Ok so I was getting chased by this RCSO me and my homie were driving a Durango this maroon SRT hits us and just like gets our car stuck mind u the guy driving the maroon SRT was staff ok the RCSO gets out with his Gun drawn he points the gun at us I hop out and shoot the RCSO I hit him like once but he still managed to kill me so I was like alright he got it. I meet my homie at the same spawn that I was at. We driving we driving you know back to the city I drive by the scene where i had died. I didn't stop or nothing because I knew if I did I would get in trouble for NLR so I just left but as I'm leaving the scene I see the staff member who crashed our car stealing my Durango that my homie had spawn in so I was like alright bro just stole my car I'm thinking in my head should I go back I then was like nah well catch him later and confront him later about it 17:30 min later I see bro with his other homie and I was like OHHH HE TRYNNA CHANGE HEX we pulled up on him and was like Yo u stole our car he was backing up I tell bro Yo you stole our car and Tryna change hex so we wouldn't know it was u so then i shot him killed him and then he jailed me and sent me to sit room then later perm banned me. (Mind u it was basically 20 min later that I confronted him about my car and then I shot him Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) RDM x1 Why Should You Be Unbanned? Me personally I think I should get unbanned because 1st I chose not to confront him when he stole my Durango at the scene where i died at because I know I would get in trouble for NLR. Second reason i think i should get unbanned is because I didn't really rdm him I confronted him about stealing my car I basically interacted with him and told him he stole my car and by the way he admitted in his own clip he said. "tbh I stole this car". Also, I just wanted to say I respect the hell out of this game I like roleplaying as different things playing with my friends and just having fun and interacting with other people but now i cant i have a chance to run it back and have a fun time if I get approved.

Staff Member Who Banned You (optional) lemonpepperwingstop What Happened? me and the Arab dude got accused for shooting which we never did i stopped the car and we got spiked my homie comes in a Cadillac to help us run away from the cops I got accused of rtaa but in the clip if u pause it around three seconds u can see me jumping over the rpd car and getting in the Cadillac and im just getting accused of resetting when I never did and in the clip it shows no proof of me resetting u can literally see me jumping over the car to get in the Cadillac Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) rtaa Why Should You Be Unbanned? I didn't do nothing wrong and im just getting accused of resetting to avoid arrest when that never really happened and in the a clip it just shows me getting out the car and jumping in the other one to get away from the cops i never reset or left the game
