I had saw a firearm be pulled from the officer so I drew mine and began to fire. (NOT RDM OR FRP) I then had respawned and was going over to the police cars to see if I shot at the tires if they would pop, which I found out they did. (Apparently NLR even though I was NOT going back to where I had died at as stated before.) In the clip it shows that I DID NOT move to where I had died at but had fired back at the officers when they had fired at me which had led to me dying. Once I respawned, the admin had teleported to me and told me I was getting perma banned for NLR and FRP, which both are not true since ever action was roleplayed out. I do personally find this ban unruly since it was handled poorly by the admin. If this ban is not lifted, or reduced from perm to at least a week, I want a refund for my platinum subscription since I haven’t really been able to use it. (less than a week of use.) Why I Should Be Unbanned: I believe that I should be unbanned due to the fact that a 4/5 day ban is outrageous for “FRP” and or “RDM”.. This is the first time I’ve had a bad interaction with a mod or anything since my last ban which was lifted before the time was up. I’m not on a one time warning system, and I haven’t been warned recently either.. In the clip, it shows I was in cuffs and shot the officer. On my side, I was running 2.5 fps with an additional 6.2k ping, and had drawn my gun before placed in cuffs.. I wouldn’t consider it RDM since the officers on scene had shot at me before and I was firing at them from where I was at. (For me with the lag and low fps) I do also think that the moderation could have been a little bit better instead of leaving me alone to myself in a mod jail.. If I do not get unbanned, I would at least like my time to be reduced from almost a whole week too maybe a day or 2 since that’s what it was the last time I got banned.. (1 day) I do find it kind of unfair that I was also told to stop making jokes about P-Diddy’s mansion and baby oil (whatever that was used for) whenever the people surrounding me was also making jokes / comments about P-Diddy himself. The jokes that were made did not include or involve any of the victims of P-Diddy, but instead of his parties and the baby oil being used for a slip n’ slide. No NSFW comments / or jokes were made about the situation involving him. If my ban is not reduced or appealed, I do respect that even though I do see it as unreasonable time wise.
