We debated for around five minutes if one of us should shoot him as nobody was around and I did it. We all started running our separate ways as cop sirens came. I hid in this little alley way then boom, I got banned. I’m genuinely not sure why I got banned and don’t think any of the 3 violations I did were anywhere near what actually happened. The only thing I could think of is maybe the cop was mad and he was the one who banned me. Ban Reason: NLR, RDM, NITRP Why Should I be unbanned?: Not only do me and my two friends have no idea why I could have got banned, these 3 reasons for violation have no correlation with anything I committed. It says 2 of these violations are mainly common in private servers (which I was not playing on) however I will go through each of them and explain why they don’t apply. No life rule, I didn’t shoot the cop because he killed me in a previous life. I didn’t even die or kill anybody for over an hour at the time. It was just roleplay where me and my friends found a cop alone. Random Death match, It wasn’t a random shooting as we carefully planned this out and I was already on the run from the police at the time so anybody we came across we would try to hide from. I thought this would be a good opportunity to save myself and I could get away with it. Finally, No intent to roleplay. This one is actually just dumb and I’m calling it out. We’ve been on the server for around 4-5 hours at this point having fun and interacting with the various police on the server. We were even walking down sidewalks and having conversations with random people. I do not believe any of these three reasons match the situation, and I understand a mod could have taken it differently but I’m writing this appeal because I genuinely find the game amazing, and would love to play it again without waiting for a 48 hour ban.
