Just to comment on this, my ban appeal was denied even though there was still no proof of my involvement with Susu and LEO tools... I saw screenshots of him posting in on-topic in our server yet I don't recall them talking about LEO tools because I barely looked in on-topic unless someone needed my help when it came to buying and selling drugs in-game. When I communicated, it was via a groupchat that has all our leadership. Susu was not a leader. He was just a soldier (second lowest rank in the group). But I didn't know that other ppl had the LEO tools and didn't know he was sharing them around. I swear to this.

Gerald is the most corrupt mod in the history of discord moderation. Ain't no way, this guy perma-bans me from the server because I said he's just seeking attention. Not to mention the fact that he banned me from the game for 0 REASONING! It's for associating with a guy who had LEO tools in his trunk. But how tf am I supposed to know that, since in Ventura you can't look in sm1 elses car trunk. Lowk dawg. Get a life yo. Maybe don't be a couch potato that gets offended so easily.

Staff member who banned you?: Geraldd. What happened?: 6 of us were banned for 30 days for the wrong doings of another person. We hadn't a clue that Susu had a truck full of LEO weapons. I personally don't know how he got them. But we were banned without communication, in the end I had to find out from someone else because the mod stated nothing. I only knew about his beanbag shotgun. But I just assumed he picked it up from a body, and didn't know it was against the rules for him to own that. Specifically, what happened with me and Muppet_division, who I was with at the time. I got a call in-game from sm1 saying Susu got permanently banned, and their truck got flinged. At first I assumed it was an exploiter or something wasn't too sure. But I check discord for a moment, click off it and then see I'm jailed by gerald. He said we're getting banned and said he has a screenshot of Susu's trunk with LEO tools. Then kicks us from the game. Ban reason (as shown in the ban message): Why should you be unbanned?: I believe that 6 of us should be unbanned. Simply because we had no way of knowing Susu had a truck full of LEO tools. He never said he had them (atleast from my perspective I didn't hear him mention anything about a trunk full of LEO weapons), accept he only said he had a beanbag shotgun. I just assumed he took it off a cop's body and didn't think much of it as I didn't know it was a bannable thing to have an LEO weapon. I personally don't have any LEO weapons, I only have a glock 17 on my person. And 3 AR's in a trunk of one of my cars that I bought from the gun store. I don't think 6 innocents should be banned because 1 criminal committed a crime. That's like saying the people shopping in a store should be arrested because a guy with a gun was robbing the store and the people shopping didn't do anything about the robber. It's unprovoked, unnecessary and unfair on all of us.

Reason why I should be unbanned: I should be unbanned from port PD team because the reason why I was outside my juri, is because I was in a car chase and the guy went outside the juri, and I lost him and was searching for him in a neighbourhood. An admin then TPed me to the Port PD Team spawn, and said "I'm tired of you guys going outside your jurisdiction" and disregarded my reason for why I was outside it.
