I broke NLR by returning to a scene I had died at the scene and I returned. I did not attempt to RDM anyone the first time I came back after my death as I was just I stepped out and was fired upon by the officer that was on scene .. Frustrated and confused I returned again to argue with the officer complaining about what he did was wrong and then I was fired upon firing back in self defense. RDM was not the case in this clip as I was just simply defending myself. I realize I did break NLR twice and NITRP and I accept a ban for that but a perm ban is outrageous. I deserve another chance because I've been a contributing and honest member of this community playing almost every week a game that I truly enjoy. I understand my wrong doings and I admit I did do something wrong which is breaking NLR twice and failing to roleplay. I've been playing MI games for years since VV and I understand what I did was wrong. It won't happen again I will follow all rules that MI has posted for its RP games.

Why I Should Be Unbanned: Answer: EXPLANTION TO WHY I WAS IN THE BLACKLISTED GROUP: I wasn't aware of Summit Productions being blacklisted until staff told me in my other discord appeal so obviously I'm going to acknowledge it now knowing it was blacklisted. I would have in my first appeal but was unaware.. I was originally in it a year ago for its LA game a older game that they made first I believe it was called Lincoln County I was unaware they were blacklisted I only wanted to become a mod in it I became one eventually but got fired for inactivity.. Truthfully I can imagine why they were because it was kind of toxic I did play their games a lot but I wasn't aware of them being blacklisted I left that community two or one year ago and I don't have any connections to it anymore I don't speak with my friend that was a admin/mod (Mr69) there unsure if he still is. Why I should be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because I'm a loyal community member and I've always love played VV and Perris I paid money for inserts, membership, game passes, etc. I've always been a loyal member to MI I had an older account on this website but I lost the email to it and I think it was deleted anyways because I couldn't find it. I play Perris, California almost every week and enjoy my time on it. It's just I'd love to have access to the discord to also see development news, talk with community members and also report players more because staff isn't always in game. (COULD'VE been because I received a strike on my account from discord for being in a server that posted NFSW/Gore I wasn't aware of this I originally joined it because it was a Milsim community in roblox I was never active on it and tried to appeal with discord multiple times) Why I Should Be Unbanned: Answer: I'm a loyal customer and player of MI games I've been playing since VV and spent my money on this game buying subscriptions and game passes. I have no idea why I would be banned because I don't remember violating any rules on the discord server I just want access to the server so I can see updates, talk with members, etc. Additional Members Involved/Witnessing: N/A
