He answered me with yes i can i have diamond subrscription and i can spawn cars, guns etc. actually i can just shoot you rn. I said: no you cant theres no subscription that makes you be able to spawn guns. He got mad and said: Yes i can i bought diamond for 100 dollars u cant afford it? I said: well i can but i dont wanna waste my money if it isnt a lifetime thing. He then tried stealing my car. I got mad and said: get out of my car bro, why are you trying to steal it man. And then i said: Look at you people like you always trying to steal stuff. I understand that I was banned for violating the Terms of Service (vtos) and I admit that I said some things that may have come across as disrespectful. However, I want to point out that the other person involved was also being very disrespectful toward me. I know that’s not an excuse, and I’m not trying to shift blam i just want to express that it was a two-sided situation. I feel like a permanent ban is a bit harsh considering the circumstances, especially when both parties were involved. why i should be unbanned: This game means a lot to me i play this game almost everyday and I genuinely enjoy being part of the community. I’d really appreciate a second chance to show that I can follow the rules and be a positive player. Even if the ban can’t be fully lifted right now, I’d be very grateful if the punishment could be reduced to something like a one-month suspension instead of being permanent. I’m committed to improving my behavior and making sure this doesn’t happen again. hello. so today i got banned for vtos. I have a reason why. The guy that reported me said something like this: "i can spawn in guns because i have diamond subscription. and you dont. it costs 100 dollars cant afford it?" then he prooceds to try and steal my kia stinger. I got mad and judged him by the way his avatar looked. I said: well well well, check your skin color, always lying and trying to steal stuff. He judged me before based on my avatar too. He said that i was 2 years old and said my avatar looked "filthy" and something about the way i act. I I only said these things because he was being annoying and it felt like he was trying to "ragebait" me. I should be unbanned because he started everything. I only took action in judging him. He said alot of stuff about me too. I play the game fair and role play. I have played for about 2 years. Now im permanently banned if this appeal doesnt go through. I am sorry that i said what i said but he was being so annoying.
