I had got out my car and was a bit frustrated that he dented my vehicle as I walked towards his car scolding him about the act. I then proceeded to ask for his insurance card, but he yelled at me to move my vehicle, which I did. I had made a right and turned into a house's driveway, where I got out and walked over to the officer, repeatedly asking for his insurance card and badge number, but he ignored me and walked off a little to the point where he got annoyed by my questions and decided to pull out a taser and yell at me to stop following him. He put it down after I told him to point the non-lethal weapon away from my person, and walked off. I decided to step back from the scene to its edge, as I was told to do so, where I asked for his insurance card there. I spoke to an officer who said he was with IA, but due to the fact he's not on the roster IA can't do much, and the IA officer said he was intending to speak with him role-play wise not an actual report. Moneymonster1120 had said that he "wouldn't give me anything", and then hopped into his vehicle and drove off without sharing any information for a police crash report or to pay for the dent he caused. I spoke with the IA officer and did some role-play, where we went separate ways after he gave me his information. Later, at 7/11 Central, I met him again and began to keep asking for his insurance and badge number. He ignored me for a while as we walked around Sycamore and the gas station, as I kept following him. Then, we were in between the gas pumps and a wall on the left side of 7/11 Central, where he tackled me on the sidewalk after threatening me again with non-lethal, in which he then hopped into his vehicle once again, and drove off. I tried to chase after his vehicle, but he sped away. Rules Violated*:Committed Use of Force violations Notes: I am doing a member report due to the fact that he is not on the public LAPD roster, therefore making it unavailable for me to report him to LAPD IA. Plus, you can't hear my voice in the video, which I will fix, but obviously you can tell I am attempting to get his insurance card and that is it.
