  4. I've never heard of a 13-year-old staff application, and I'm pretty sure they are closed right now. I don't think 13-year-olds can apply for moderator, but don't quote me on that.
  5. I'm also not a moderator, but Non-Appealable means Non-Appealable. You will NEVER be unbanned, which means you were banned for either AD (Admin Descretion), Exploiting, or another Non-Appealable reason. If you create an alt account, you will be banned again, and, if you don't mind, what were you banned for?

You can't just apologize and get unbanned if your appeal is denied then your chances of getting unbanned are very low, especially since it was a V-TOS Ban.

  11. Block MI within your bank so they can't charge you, and keep transaction numbers to report to your bank to receive a refund Below is just from Google Gemini, I'm too lazy to type that ========================================== 1. Contact the merchant Call or email the company to cancel the service and inform them that they are no longer authorized to charge your card. Keep a record of this request, including the date, time, and any reference numbers, to use as proof if charges continue. 2. Contact your bank or card issuer If the merchant continues to charge your card, contact your bank to revoke authorization for the payments. Your bank can also help you dispute any unauthorized charges by initiating a "chargeback". Some banks may require you to submit a written "stop payment order" to prevent future payments. 3. Block a merchant in your card app (if available) Some banking apps allow you to block a specific merchant from charging your card directly from your transaction history. Check your card or banking app for a "block brand" or "block merchant" option, but note that this feature may not be available for all merchants. 4. Cancel your card If the above steps are unsuccessful, cancel your current card and get a new one. This will automatically stop all recurring payments, as the new card will have a different number.
