I activated my emergency lights and siren (C3), honked multiple times, and issued verbal commands for him to clear the roadway. Despite repeated warnings, the individual remained unresponsive. I slowly inched my vehicle forward (without hitting him in my view), parked, and exited my vehicle to make contact. At that point, the subject fled on foot. Due to my hold tool being non-functional at the time, I attempted to physically tackle him and instructed him to get into the patrol car. He resisted and claimed the arrest attempt was “FRP” (FailRP). During the struggle, he managed to enter my vehicle while cuffed and began repeatedly opening the patrol car doors — which is unrealistic, given his handcuffed status. Despite being warned multiple times about this behavior, he refused to comply and continued to open doors while I was driving. When confronted, he went OOC (Out of Character) and said: “Enjoy your ban buddy” — an implied threat of staff abuse or revenge-reporting. To mitigate the situation, I stopped the vehicle, parked it, locked the doors, and escorted him on foot to the CHP booking station. During the walk, he continued to break character and argue about the previous scene. Once at booking, he Left To Avoid Arrest (LTAA) without any RP resolution. Both incidents clearly violated server rules, including failure to engage in proper roleplay, breaking character by speaking out-of-character (OOC) during active RP scenes, and using OOC behavior to commit in-game crimes. Incident #1 – Random Deathmatch (RDM): While wrapping up a previous scene and walking back to my patrol vehicle (as seen in the attached video evidence), I was approached unexpectedly by Pandaboycoolgaming, who, without any roleplay context or interaction, drew a firearm and fatally shot my character. There was no verbal interaction, escalation, or in-character justification, making this a clear case of Random Deathmatch (RDM) and Fail RP. Incident #2 – OOC Interruption & New Life Rule Violation: Shortly after respawning and responding to a shots-fired call, I encountered Pandaboycoolgaming again. As I approached the scene, he immediately said “NLR?” — referring to the New Life Rule — using OOC terminology during an active roleplay interaction. He then retrieved a firearm and killed my character again, with no in-character interaction or valid RP justification. This incident shows clear OOC behavior during RP, Fail RP, and an attempted misuse of the NLR rule to justify lethal action. Rules Violated*:OOC (Out of Character talk) using the phrase "NLR" in the middle of the roleplay to pause a scene while at the same time discharging a firearm towards my character. Upon arriving at the scene, I located and arrested the suspect without issue. While securing the area and processing the scene, a bystander approached and began physically assaulting my character using melee attacks (fists). In response, I escalated through appropriate tactical options, starting with hand-to-hand combat, then deploying my Taser, and subsequently using OC spray. Despite these measures, the suspect managed to enter my patrol vehicle and attempted to steal it. After issuing multiple verbal commands which were ignored, I was left with no choice but to discharge my firearm to prevent the suspect from fleeing with the vehicle. Shortly after the incident, player “ardyvehn” (the subject of this report) arrived on scene. His initial concern was not the incident at hand, but rather the similarity between our avatars. He accused me of “copying his avatar,” despite avatar customization items being public and freely available in the Roblox store. This matter escalated unnecessarily into an argument initiated by “ardyvehn,” although there is no rule prohibiting similar avatars. He then shifted focus to the use-of-force incident. I explained the situation in character and attempted to clarify my actions. During the exchange, “ardyvehn” instructed me to “stand by.” At that point, I informed him that due to the late hour (3:00 AM PST), I would be logging off soon. He then broke character, saying, “Maybe you should be sleeping instead of wasting your sleeping times.” I replied, “Since when are you my father?” to which he responded, “Hahaha that would be such a shame, I am so thankful I am not.” The behavior displayed by “ardyvehn” was unprofessional, unnecessarily escalated a minor issue, and involved multiple instances of breaking character. His personal remarks were inappropriate and detracted from the immersive environment we aim to maintain in this roleplay community. On Wednesday, July 9, 2025, I was role-playing as LAPD (Los Angeles Police Department) as a Patrol-Officer when a call came out on the radio, the call was in reference to an officer being held hostage at the Crystal Casino and the suspect demanding (making demands) while holding the Officer at Gun-Point, Upon arrival myself along with other officer(s) on-scene decided it was best to make entry safely considering there was no Swat-Team or other tactical team(s) available, We took the Elevator to the Third-Floor where we came in contact with the Suspect, the Suspect was holding the Officer Hostage (At Gunpoint) while peeking at shooting at officer's briefly while stopping and going back behind the Officer, After a few minutes I took my time and made a decision along with the officer's on-scene. Considering I had a rifle with a Red-Dot I decided it was best if I aimed-took the target sight-picture and take a Shot. I conducted my plan took a Shot and took the suspect down (Saving the Officer) However... Because it was unknown if the suspect was fully down, or simply incapacitated and because he did shoot at Officer's I decided I should shoot again (Dead-Check) to prevent anyone getting hurt. I proceeded with this decision and the Suspect was down fully. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) FRP Why Should You Be Unbanned? I truly understand that my actions that day led to a mistake, mistake in which I suffered the consequences of (Ban) for 28-Hours (2-Days) However, My intention was never to fail-roleplay, I simply wanted to take action as I was role-playing LAPD (Police Officer) I did not mean to FRP I simply wanted to give the scene a solution, I truly understand that I should have never Shot-Twice in this case ended in (Dead-Checking) the suspect, However with the Totality of the Circumstances, (Officer Held Hostage) (Suspect Shooting at Officer's down the Hallway at times) I thought it was the best decision in the moment, At the end of the Scene no officer(s) were hurt and the only hurt member was the Suspect, I would also like to give an apology to everyone involved (Staff) and (Suspect) As previously mentioned, I never meant to cause any harm or trouble, I simply wanted to role-play the character I was acting as (Officer) and wanted to end the scene safely.
