He was armed with a shotgun on his back which open carry is illegal. He threatened me and proceeded to not follow lawful orders. He was arrested for those reasons as I put him in cuffs and drove him to sheriff for booking. While complaining on the way, we ended up at sheriff which the moment we stepped in the sheriff's department, he left to avoid arrest. What Happened?: Not sure, it was in 2024 but a moderator came up to me in ventura to tell me to appeal it, as there isn't proof of my ban. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message): This was in perris (i think) in 2024, I don't remember, i'd suggest checking my records. Why Should You Be Unbanned?: I should be unbanned as a moderator told me there isn't proof of my infringement and it's on my record, I don't remember doing anything bad at that time. I shouldn't be getting dragged down because of something without evidence and that's been a long time since. My roleplaying habits have changed for the better.

Clip of RDM and NLR When I was checking around CHP station, as i'm a retired trooper (at the front, not the back) I got pulled over by these corrupt chp troopers who pulled their guns and ordered me to get out. I then ran because I didn't want to go to jail for nothing I did wrong, and so I ran from them and eventually they started shooting, where I ran in a ditch and they crashed their tahoe. They then proceeded to get their rifles and start shooting which resulted in me shooting back and winning the 2v1. When returning to see the usernames of the cops, I didn't see them and so I went back on my way just to see them responding on the same road I was on. And so, I pulled over thinking I was just yielding to them however, I was trying to explain to them about the server rules about how they aren't allowed to come back to a scene of a person they died to previously. They didn't listen and instead did a code 5 stop with no one, then started shooting me, without pulling a weapon simply talking to them in chat.
